“I was recently rear-ended, and unfortunately, my car is less than a year old, so I was devastated. I had never been in an accident like this before and honestly had no idea where to start.
I called Oldest to Newest Auto Body, and from the very beginning, they made the entire process so much easier. They patiently walked me through how to file the claim, where and when to get a rental car, and what to expect throughout the repair process. They gave me a clear timeline, and they delivered exactly as promised — my car was ready right on time.
During the hand off, they explained everything that had been done and even provided a warranty. The entire process was incredibly smooth. After the initial stress of the accident, I really felt like I could just hand things over to them and trust that everything would be taken care of. All I really had to do was make a few calls.
As a woman, I’ve always had some hesitation and trust issues when dealing with auto shops, but I genuinely did not feel that way here. They were transparent, professional, and trustworthy throughout the entire process.

“I got hit on my passenger side and decided to come to Herson’s Collision Center for the repairs. I was helped over the phone by Rosie, who was super helpful when it came to explaining how the insurance process worked, how long the repairs would take, rental car process, etc. When I ran into a small issue after picking up my car, Nirav made sure that it was handled right then and there and went on multiple test drives to make sure everything was okay with my car before I took it again! My car looks great and I would 100% come back to Herson’s Collision Center if anything happens again.”
“This express location is easy to use and has sold use vacuums and towels which makes washing my car so easy. The only downside is that it’s only for outdoor washing they do not have the full service car wash like the location on Chapman. If you have the unlimited washes this place makes it easy!”
“The external wash is great, and full service is probably worth the extra 15. I used to come here to get various auto products, but the store is pretty empty now, which is too bad, especially for owners who bring their cars to the self serve portal to detail.”
