The woman working was SO helpful and accommodating, despite being hard of hearing. This location is always so organized and clean and seem to stock some really great items that I wouldn't buy if I just saw it online. Will be frequenting more often!”

“I didn't have an appointment but Cheryl was gracious enough to squeeze me in on the day of my procedure. I didn't mind waiting. I found her to be engaging, knowledgeable, professional, and fast! She was familiar with my insurance and managed all of the billing for me. Essentially, I walked in, had a good conversation while I got measured, and walked out in about a 30-minute span. I also liked that Cheryl was sensitive to her other clients' needs. Remember, she operates primarily on an appointment basis. She asked if I could wait elsewhere while someone with a health condition about which she was sensitive was tended to. I noted and appreciated her relationship with and attention to this client. I would hope to receive the same if ever needed. Cheryl has a broad selection of things...I needed support hose. Unlike many other providers, she has them in stock. She handled the billing. Everything was easy peasy. Thanks, Cheryl!”

“I have been scouring the area for holiday Jammie's. Truthfully, I am late to the party. Many of the stores are out of stock and I was trying to match my son and his family. I was shopping at Giant and decided to give Old Navy a try. Low and behold they had quite an assortment in every size imaginable. Yeah! They also had open fitting rooms to try the clothing on. I hopped in and walked out with a top, bottom, and matching headband. Luckily, they didn't break my budget either. Are these going to be Jammie's to last a lifetime? Probably not, the quality isn't the greatest. But, for a holiday picture, they are perfect. The people working there were as nice as can be. Now, I can rest assured we will be matching our Jammie's for our Christmas photo. Thanks Old Navy.”

“Very nice small store with plenty of ladies items. Good deals after Christmas on everything. My wife purchased some hats, sweaters and all were packed up in a bag to go. The only downside was that the Italian sweater had a bit of a musty smell.”

“Cheap but very chaotic. Shoes are completely messed up. Hardly anything there for men. Partly empty shelves. There are also perfumes, children's toys, underwear, suitcases, etc.Extremely few staff!Conveniently located and plenty of parking”

“I had an outstanding shopping experience. It was fun and easy. Each team member was welcoming, insightful, and responsive. I didn’t even have to hold my items. Whenever I had an item in my hand, a team member added it to my dressing room until I was ready to try it on. When I tried it on, they made it fun and wanted to see how it looked. I felt like it was a photoshoot, and I was a model. I will probably drive out to that location from now on just for that experience.”

“We shop at Burlington, they have fabulous prices and good quality clothing, Pijamas and boots.Go to the store in Laurel,Maryland, the store is neat and clean. The Rockville store is messy, but it still has good buys.Happy New Year ?”

“Same layout you can expect from every J.Crew Factory store, except it feels like it's been slightly shrunken to fit into its physical footprint. Navigating around the store is tricky because it feels pretty cramped. Staff members weren't friendly and checkout lines took a long time, which is pretty standard for J.Crew Factory. Be sure to price compare while you are in-store to see if they are offering the same items online cheaper.”

“I have shopped at Lands' End the catalogue for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and their return policy is even better. I had a very old winter jacket(about 2 years or so) that I never got to wear because the zipper broke on it. It happened to be the second jacket I had this happen to so I thought I was going to have to pay for a new jacket. Not only did they pay shipping back, they were having a sale so I bought a new jacket with free shipping on this. I sent the old jacket back that had the broken zipper which they paid shipping on and they sent me the full price of the jacket on a gift card since I never got to use it.
