“This station has always been the cheapest in the area I have never seen a pump out of order here there is a small convenience store if you want to get a bite or something to drink although if that is the case I would actually recommend stopping by The Millers next door it's an awesome bar with awesome food for very low prices. Also worth mentioning there is never a line here and it's never crowded”

“God bless Tom and his crew! I was shaken from a hit and run this morning, and dropped my car off with no appointment. I had to drive 40 miles home and wanted to be careful. Tom checked the car over and did a test drive, and reassured me it appeared safe to drive home. He also advised me what to look for. Low cost, PRICELESS advice. What a gem. I used them last year, and now will be giving them all of my business.”
“For the people complaining about the need to pay in cash and ATM fees, a major reason the gas is so much cheaper here than anywhere else this close to the beltway is because the store, and therefore you by extension, are not paying Credit Card vendor fees. Everywhere else, Visa and Mastercard take 1-2% of what you are paying and Amex is even worse (which is why many vendors refuse it.) This has been Freestate's business model for decades. You can get similar prices way out in Gaithersburg, and way out of the DMV but this is practically always the cheapest gas right in Rockville.”

“The lead mechanics at this shop are world class problem solvers. My car stopped working and I had it towed there in the evening. By early afternoon they had rolled it into the garage, determined the problem was a worn bushing on a transmission cable, got the part from a dealer and had the car back in service for $150 plus 7.50 for two bushings. A dealer would have probably taken a day to diagnose and repair and certainly would have charged at least twice as much.”

“This is another place I like . This is called 7-Eleven . This has a good sized parking area . It has things from stationary stuff, to snacks , magazines , to sodas and coffees , Hot Chocolates , To The infamous Slurpees , and Big Gulps , to freezer sodas ,doughnuts ,and sandwiches , Bags of Ice , and More . They have Hot Dogs , Tacitos , And Pizzas . The place is clean and everything in its proper places and catagorized . They have playing cards, and sports Wear at times such as Knit caps to regular caps , to Gloves , And Scarves . They have cigaretts behind the counter near the cashiers . They have a huge Cashier Counter with a good cashier team That is attentive , Welcoming , Inviting , And Friendly . I Hope you all love this place as I do with all they have to offer you there . “I’ve been very happy with the service dept of Dodson’s Shell Station. Rusty is a 4th generation owner and is very helpful and knowledgeable about the upkeep of cars and has helped me and my son with our various issues. His son, Greg is the mechanic and he is amazing and energetic and does his very best to explain what he’s doing and why. Rusty shows you the parts that have been replaced and they would never take advantage of your situation.
Did they don’t offer the service that you require, they will offer to take your car to someone that does offer the service. (He did that with an alignment for me.) I highly recommend them.”

While part of me like the smell of gas yeah they're Park headset as it makes my head hurt but honestly the only issue with this gas station is that their pump is lacking NFC / touchless payment options during Colvin it's actually a big issue although the gas did come out of the hose and that's why they get a fine star rating hooray”

“This is one of my other favorite Gas Stations. This is called Shell Gas Station . It has some good Gas Pumps that is self serving . It accepts only credit card transactions . Its on North Washington Street Across from the Dawson's Market and Not for from the Town Center Exxon . It has a good convenient Store and has the state of the art Air pumps . The window washers are near the Trash cans near the gas pumps to clean your windows with . Its has reasonable prices for gas you can pay cash or credit cards . The hospitality is good there too at times . But I had no complaints so far about it .”

“Usually MCPD still stick around which has its perks of deterrence. Conveniently next to a McDonald's so passer-bys can always get something to eat on the way to their destination. Convenience store has the main goods, as expected. Gas prices are fair in comparison to other places. The location is perfect if you're coming from md-200 / i-370. Closer to a Giant, subway, Chinese and Capital One bank and even a SECU branch. Easily seen from shady grove rd.”

“I live right around the block and like other people mention some gas station might be cheaper although most of them are much much pricier this gas station is the lowest and it's 500 ft radius that includes BP and Liberty Gas Station this gas station does have a car wash that I have never tried and a convenience store which is pretty small with only General things like snacks drinks coffee they do accept Giants membership so if you have that membership you will get $0.20 off per gallon”
