“Nice new exxon with new pumps that are fast and very clean. Whole station is clean and well lit. Pumps do require a pin for your credit card and won't let you proceed without it, which is annoying if you don't have one.”

“We got our inspection done here, it was so easy to make an appointment, they were done in less than an hour, very good at communicating and prompt. The waiting area was pretty small and right next to the bathrooms so it didn't have the best aroma, but there's a McDonald's across the street that you can wait at as well.”

“I stopped here after getting a very low tire pressure warning. It had dropped drastically and fast and I live in VA so I was a bit panicky pulling up to the service area. The young man (wish I caught his name) checked my tire, but couldn’t find a nail. I was worried that I wouldn’t make it back to VA without going completely flat, so he overfilled it and reassured me I would make it home safely. He didn’t charge me anything, despite me taking up at least 15-20 mins of his time. I did make it home safely, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and calmness of this employee. Thank you so much!!”
“Well I have had AAA for over 20 years, My battery died and when I contacted them they took over 40 min to respond then informed me that I would have to wait another hour before they could get to me I walked over to Liberty. The very kind professional staff drove me back to my, jumped my car, tested my battery (which was a goner) replaced my battery and had me on the road in under 30 min. Useless AAA called me to say that they were on the way while I was at home eating dinner thanks to Liberty... Liberty staff thank you!!! You are really GREAT”

“This place hasn’t been a service center for several years. Just a gas station with a minimal convenience store. It ain't fancy, but it works. And, they put the octane buttons in the right order, so you know they're reasonably honest.”
“Honest, reasonable prices, and helpful. JD & Will always explain what's going on with my car, give me options, and make sure I've got a safe car to drive! I won't take my car to anyone else. I feel like they treat me the same way they would if it was their own grandma who needed the repair. Also, they'll take care of out of the ordinary things like new rocker panel covers over severe rust - I ordered the parts and paid them labor to do the kind of complicated installation.”
“Upon my return from the extraordinary road trip to good ol' Pennsylvania, I happen to notice I had collected some PA Dirt (not pay dirt). Well, snow does have that effect right? Pump some gas and get $2.00 off - I said to myself "Okay, let's do this." Amazing job for the little bit of money I'd say. Just look at this team work with cold water in the frigidaire refrigerator weather...brrr. “I've been going here a long time, over half a decade if I remember correctly, and I've never once had a problem with this 7-11. The staff is friendly and open to small talk so that it isn't as awkward waiting for your stuff to ring up. The selection and deals change pretty frequently, but that can be seen as a good thing to those wanting a little more variety. The store is well kept and clean, and it is easy to redeem and make the most out of 7-Rewards here, as the staff never give you a hard time about using the app. I really do recommend this 7-11 to those either coming once or as a regular customer, because either way, I doubt you won't be pleased.”

Turns out the alternator was not working properly and the car was running off the battery. I was able to pull in and had the alternator replaced in less than two hours. Very efficient and professional!”

“I went to this ExxonMobil to vacuum my vehicle out. When I got home, I realized I didn't have my house keys and others. After going back several times, the associate couldn't help. So, he asked me to return and speak with the manager, and it took tries, but I finally caught up with him. When I did, he was very kind and concerned. He asked for my number and told me he would contact the owners of the vacuum. Surprisingly, he did it while I was there at the station twice and called me when the guy came out to check the vacuum. He even called me with the outcome. He reassured me by telling me that I could come and check for myself it I liked. Great Customer Service!Thank you so much for your diligence.”

“I refuel their frequently but yesterday the pump had a terrible leak leaked all the way down the hose all down the side of my car the gentleman behind the counter that the employee was very kind got me a couple gallons of water so we can rinse it all off and I was tickled that he was willing to help but gas prices here are fairly high compared to up the street either direction north or south but sure I'll visit again”

“We've run into some issues here with them running out of gas during a non-shortage time in the area, so it's very strange. However, BP quality is overall great and we like to come here at least once a month to use our Harris Teeter gas points. We haven't stopped by their convenience stores, but overall I'd say it's a pretty good gas station as far as these things go!”
“Stop by at least twice a week to grab a coffee and always get a breakfast sandwich to go. They have sausage, bacon, ham and smoked sausage. They come with egg and cheese on toasted white bread. The lady at the deli is very nice and her cooking is great. Her breakfasts are tasty and made on the spot. I had a western omelette platter the other day, that was good and filling. Never had a bad experience here. Everyone ,as of lately ,has been nice and always respectful. Price are reasonable for the hot food.”

“Over the weekend I had trouble starting my car. I told myself that next week I should get it looked at. I didn't get a chance because my battery died. I had to get my car jump started and took it to the nearby Liberty Auto Gas Station. I needed a new battery (it lasted 8 years!) and the alternator had a couple of bad diodes and needed replacement. The parts came in the next morning and I got the car back in the afternoon. The costs for parts and labor was about what I had expected for a job like this. I was very satisfied with the work done.Services: General repairs & maintenance”
