“MY NAME IS NIKIA JEFFRIES. I’m currently experiencing an issue with a ATM machine malfunction. That happened on January 26, 2024. After filing a claim immediately over the phone. The next business day 01/29/2024 I attended Glen Burnie branch in Maryland. Where I was told, there’ s nothing much that could be done for me other than filing a claim. I immediately asked for the branch management. I was later, assisted by Miss Ebon’e J. The Acting branch manager who I truly believe went beyond and above to assist my necessary needs. She made all the necessary calls and emails. She was understanding, patient, and professional. Navy Federal credit Union will always have a recommendation on my behalf to my fellow, coworkers, families, and friends. I pray that all management are just as concerning.”
“I've been with first financial for over 10 years. They are very friendly, nice, and helpful. I have home loan and auto loan here. I've never missed a payment and they allow a 15 day grace period past the due date. The only negative is the collection people start calling me with a very serious tone 3 days past the due date when I have a 15 day grace period. This would be my only negative comment about this bank, especially since I'm very reliable and never miss a payment. Otherwise, great and helpful people.”

“I've been a member for going on 5 years. I joined because they offered a great rate on an auto loan, and I've stayed because I have unfailingly received outstanding customer service. When my debit card was skimmed at a gas station recently, I got a call from MECU Credit Union - Loch Ridge Center Branch alerting me to the potential unauthorized charge before I was even aware that it had happened. It was all handled quickly and professionally with minimal inconvenience. And they still offer some of the best rates around!”

“I see so many bad reviews on here, but I’ve had a great experience with MECU since I joined in 2015. Interest rates and rewards are among the best around. I had a recent instance of fraud that was frustrating and took a number of calls to resolve, and ultimately I had to go in-person. But it was taken care of; and every MECU representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful (vs the Visa reps that were also involved). I definitely recommend this CU.”
