βI love this place. No matter what I'm looking for it is always there. I wish they had more than one. I come every year for there soap because this is the only store that carry the big size dove soap. Now they sell hair. Awesome. They need to expand..β

βI love this little hidden gem in the heart of downtown they have the best deals and a lil of everything from apparel ,home decor, hygiene they have it all and more been shopping here for years also love the staffβ
βGood Costco overall, but their exit flow and eating area need work. It gets very clogged up there.
And they have though parking spaces that it would be better to make them a bit larger. With all the trucks and larger vehicles that people bring to load up on bulk purchases, out gets hard to load up you car from the side. And it's impossible to navigate your cart between vehicles.β
βThis is one of the best Dollar Trees around. They have a lot of things other stores don't have. The staff is always friendly, plenty of carts, , lots of school supplies too.β
βStore is always full of items. Best dollar tree in the area. I drive past 6 stores just for this one. Staff is friendly, shelves are full, service is fast. I like how they use a code system at this store so itβs short and to the point. Cashier called a βcode 1β and help was there in seconds. These other stores need to take lessons from here.β
βI recently purchased a $500 pool motor from another store and was given incorrect advice about getting it to work. After running into problems, I stopped by Pool Headquarters with a few simple questions. Their team was able to get my motor up and running with just a few adjustments and changes—something the other store had told me couldn't be done.
I've been a customer for more than 20 years, and I'm thrilled to see that Moose and Pool Headquarters are still providing outstanding service to the local community. Even though they didn't have the motor in stock, they took the time to help me solve the problem.
The customer service is second to none. They answer questions, offer honest advice, and treat you like family rather than just another customer. I highly recommend Pool Headquarters and wouldn't go anywhere else for pool supplies and support.β
βI love this place all good stuff cheap one in there with a budget and came out over budget I got more stuff than I wanted but I'm happy can't beat the prices sometimesβ

The ONLY bad experience there was their Black Cashier!! Kept pushing my stuff down which they fell & didn't bother to help & was giving Her Ugly look for me to hurry up & bag my stuffβ

βThis is one of the big Dollar Trees, which is why I went there. A lot of Christmas items to choose from and a large food section. The man at checkout was very helpful and professional. Only problem I had was the isles were full of carts with items to be stocked and had to maneuver my wheelchair around things. Found everything I was looking for though.β
βI'd just like to say that I was in the store today and an altercation broke out between a customer that didn't realize what the policy was in the cashier that cashier was amazing. She stood aground, but she still took the product back even though she shouldn't have just to calm the page, the client down. I give it to her. She was amazing.β
βNo matter when I go to Roses, on Ritchie Hwy, I always find what I need. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean, there are always shopping carts and sometimes I get pleasantly surprised by the. Bargains I find there. Prices are decent and it has an array of everything. Reminds me of the old Woolworth stores, Dependable, neighborly,, and affordable. Restores my faith in stores providing for their specific location!β
βOverall I would give the store 5 stars for cleanliness an employee friendliness but a little bit low on merchandise was kind of disappointed in that but overall okayβ

βNice location. Looks small from the outside, but plenty of stuff inside and big area. A lot of clutter, which is to be expected with this kind of discount place. Nice selection of greeting cards. G. Maps is kind of confusing with the location. It's in Dundalk Plaza (see picture), not in the shopping center right next door (Danville Square Shopping Center) as stated in G. Maps.β
βI haven't been to this store in awhile because it was always a mess. I was pleasantly surprised of how clean this store looked. The new manager Rohan is doing a wonderful job making this store look like a place that you would love to shop. The vibe was warm and inviting. Keep up the good work.β
βAfter experiencing horrible service at Family Dollar, I came here.
Eventhough he was obviously stressed, the young man wearing glasses was respectful & pleasant. When an item came up with the wrong price and I showed the proof, he had no problem with honoring it.
Therefore I WILL come back to this location.β

βStruggling D. G. store, empty shelves and security alarms on bags of candy! I found everything I was looking for, so that is always good. Only problem was I wasn't asked if I was in the Dollar General saver program, which I was, but forgot.β
βThis is the cleanest Dollar Tree I've been in.... The Baltimore City stores always look like a tornado/hurricane ran through there and destroyed the store.... But i really like the Dollar Tree on Joppa Road.... Keep this location OPEN PLEASE.β

βI loved how huge this location was not to mention how well stocked and clean this location is. They LITERALLY had everything I was looking for and then some. The only BuMmer is the extra $.25 per item it really adds up I miss the real $1 Store lol, but you still get a great bargain for $1.25 depending on what you get.β

βThe Walmart in Middle River is fully stocked, prices are affordable; mostly marked down whenever I visit; saving me money from using Instacart, or any other delivery apps. The staff are quick to assist you with anything; even to open up a checkout line.β
