“Great store. Great selection. You can't beat their snail prices. If you're into snails, lol. I enjoy my visits every time I go.

“This is the best pet groomer in town. We have a dog and 2 cats that are cared for here and they love this place. They always come out clean and happy. The owner has us on a regular schedule and always books our appointments every year ahead of time. They are organized, clean, and courteous. Highly recommend this groomer!”
“first of all, the loyalty program cannot be beat. love the recommendations and service from all folks, at BOTH locations. handy bath stalls available for rent at Timonium, with everything you need. top quality food and treat brands.”
“We have our labradoodle groomed by Victoria and she does a wonderful job. We moved out of the city and still travel back specifically for her.
The staff at the store is incredibly friendly and helpful.
I would recommend Howl At McHenry Row for all of your pets needs!”
“This is a wonderful place! From the doggy pool, to the wide selection of toys, food and treats, this is our favorite place to go. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. And they have a nice selection of premade raw food as well as some raw ingredients. A+++”

“Prior to moving cross-country, I was researching where I would source feeders from. However, I first came in looking for a terrarium as my reptile's home wouldn't arrive on time. Although I didn't find what I was looking for, Barbara was very helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. There are a variety of animals, including rodents, in the shop, so there is a minor smell but nothing out of the ordinary for this kind of environment, and nothing that made me think twice about getting feeders. Other places in the area didn't have the type of enclosure I wanted, and Barbara and Terry went out of their way to help me and my noodle baby out. I boarded her for a little over a week and picked her up today. She was in good spirits despite a little stuck shed on her face. I think it's safe to say that I was more sensitive to her being away from home than she was ? I'm really grateful to the folks here who made a stressful situation manageable.”
“I am completely in shock with how awesome this place is! My 9 year old pittie is very dramatic when getting her nails trimmed and was causing it to be hard to get grooming appointments anywhere. Gail and her team took her in and she apparently didn’t even make a peep while she got a bath and nail trim. We have found our new groomer & are so grateful to have found them!”
“They also have a location in Mt. Washington where you will meet the most knowledgeable, helpful staff. I was in there today talking about my pup who had jaw surgery and is now an incredibly sloppy eater. They had so many great suggestions on how I could best make her meatballs (lol) and, more importantly, were so compassionate about our "new normal," sharing their stories about their own dogs trials and tribulations. I am a lifelong fan and patron now and highly recommend Howl. This is what small business is all about.”
“Today was my first time at Hillendale grooming and they did an exceptional job on Ceaser. They exhibited professionalism and the price was reasonable, making them my new go-to groomer. Great job ladies”
“We've been taking our pets here for their grooming since 1999. We moved to Catonsville several years ago, but I still drive back to Essex to have our dog groomed. They are the best!”

“This is my go to pet supply store. There's always parking right out front (maybe I'm lucky, I dunno), the front desk gal is a gem. Everyone is super friendly in fact, and my regular items stay stocked. Plus, there are pets there for adoption (not that I need more, but a girl can dream)”
“Love shopping here! Staff is extremely friendly and takes the time to get to know you and your pets. Our dog went through training classes here years ago and the staff still asks about her even when she is not shopping with us! Best local Petco!!”
“The employee was very very nice she took the time to go over things with me even some of the other customers didn't rush me to get things accomplished and paid for it was a very nice experience I would go back.”
“I received the exact product I was hoping for (& have been looking for unsuccessfully for a long time) which was exactly what I wanted & in a very quick efficient time. I would highly recommend ordering from them again!”
“This may seem odd as a representative of K-9 Kraving that I am leaving a review, HOWEVER, I too, am a customer of K-9 Kraving. Currently, I have 3 furr-kids, all rescues, varying breeds, all different ages. Since joining my pack, they have all been fed K-9 Kraving diets. Abbey is the matriarch of our pack. A 14yo Jack-ChiChi mix. For the most part, Abbey has been an easy keeper over the years; trimming her nails and weight management were our greatest challenges until about 1.5 years ago. Out of nowhere, about every 4 months, Abbey's ears and paws would become infected, and transferring to her mouth from licking/scratching. Each visit & pharma treatment at the DVM was leaving me with a $180 - $200 bill. But more frustrating than the cost was not knowing the WHY it was a reoccurring challenge. Chicken, Beef & Veg (or) Chicken & Veg w/ Mackerel were the standards in our house with only K-9 Kraving dried treats for foraging snacks. One day, as I was creating technical posts for our FB page, I personally focused on the benefits of one of our most under-appreciated diets, Rabbit, Duck & Vegetable. This diet has ant-inflammatory qualities and is also low in cholesterol, excellent for senior canines.....DING, DING, DING!!! For Abbey, I made the connection that older dogs have different needs... We made the switch in January 2023. FFW to today, Abbey is the leanest she has ever been, inflammation & infection free for over 4 months (WOO-HOO) and more active than ever! She is actually playing with toys. I couldn't be happier with the difference the RDV diet has made for her. In Abbey's case, the inflammation was triggering licking and scratching, ultimately resulting in infection. With RDV diet those triggers have been neutralized. Thank you K-9 Kraving!IMAGE 1: Chubby and staining on her paws from licking (6 mos ago)IMAGE 2: In action w/ her 8 yo sister (today)IMAGE 3: Feeling goooood! (today)”

“I love going to Petco! It’s near my house, I can always park right out front, I know where all of the things I need are, and there are lots of sales to choose from. I never seem to be in a queue at the store, and when I check out, the cashiers are always very helpful and friendly. Mimzy, apparently, approves every time I come home from there!”
“I love this place. They staff is always friendly, the place is always clean, there's always doggos the pet and they have a great selection of everything you'll need for your pet”
“First time shopping at this establishment. The cashier was friendly, patient, engaging, and focused with the customer in front of me, but she didn’t even make eye contact with me while checking me out, was doing other things, and just rushed me out. I thought I was going to get the same customer service as the lady in front of me, but I guess not. Cashier needs to be more mindful of how she comes off to customers of different demographics”

“We actually went to two PetSmart stores in one day. The first, Merrit Blvd. didn’t have the dog food we needed (it’s a prescription diet). But the fabulous cashier explained that because they didn’t have a vet on site they couldn’t sell prescription dog food. Totally helpful info. She then gave us perfect directions to the closest PetSmart that sold prescription dog food. We went to the White Marsh PetSmart and were equally impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Good job PetSmart.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently brought my pet to Petco for grooming, and Hannah did an amazing job! She was patient, gentle, and very professional from start to finish. My pet came out looking clean, fresh, and beautifully groomed — you could tell she put care into every detail.
Hannah also took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure my pet was comfortable throughout the process. Her positive attitude and warm personality made the experience even better. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a groomer who truly loves what she does. We will definitely be coming back! ??”
“I’ve been taking JinX and Hershey here for a while and they treat her well she looks beautiful when I pick her up and they are so patient with her she loves getting groomed and gets excited when it’s time to go to her appointment every two weeks”

“I really like this Lidl! I hope they’re not going out of business. Signs written in ball-point pen (not even sharpie) and cardboard boxes piled up in the aisles doesn’t seem like a good sign. Also the prices have gone up by 10-15% in the past few months while Aldi and others in the area have gone down. Employees are always very friendly and sometimes great value on produce, houseplants, housewares, and staples!”
“I came in to get my Great Dane puppy vaccinated and everyone in the clinic was so kinda and gentle. The only thing I recommend is to update the address I was given the address 5362 Campbell blvd in my confirmation but the actual store address is 5363 Campbell blvd.”
“You know, it's generally not bad. It feels a bit cluttered when they have stock sitting out blocking aisles, but it isn't a disorganized mess. People actually ask if you need help and seel to know what they are talking about. Register people are generally friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.
What prohibits 5 stars is the same thing I see at so many chain pet shops: fish tank issues. I can't buy fish here. They do offer some sort of guarantee, I believe, but check with the team to be sure. Also, never buy a fish from a tank with a dead fish in it.
Live pets are getting pricey, but I don't believe that's the retailer's fault.”

“I've been a Petco rewards customer for four years now, and I must say that it's truly worth it. I'm also signed up for their Vital Rewards program, where I receive more peeks. If you want to save money, sign up. It's a no-brainer.”
“Just wanted to leave a positive review about an interaction I had with the staff over the phone where they were able to resend some much-needed receipts! The staff member I spoke to was really friendly and took their time to make it as easy as possible for me.”
“Just got back from TSC and my guy Will went above and beyond to lock down a $35 sale, which I think qualifies as top notch service.
Like everyone else, I wanted a 16'x50" cattle panel to use in the garden but I have an SUV without a roof rack and so conventional wisdom is "it ain't happening". Will walked me out to the panels anyway and I said I had a plan to cut the panel in half and then do some creative folding. Rather than saying "you're on your own dude", Will said "let me go get some bolt cutters". Next thing you know I got a cattle panel in the back of a Rav4 without a scratch.
If you want to know how to do it, and don't mind cutting the panel into 8' lengths: you need zip ties, a 4' long board, at least 40" wide x 30" high x 50" deep space in the back of your SUV, some towels, and Will from TSC in Rosedale.”
