“I have said it before.I will say it again, I have never had a bad day at therestaurant store.I was at the store today to get some items.The assistant manager Ms Courtney spotted me, I guessed, figured far away that I was limping due to injured left ankle.She left what she was doing immediately and rushed to my rescue and grabbed my shopping cart from me,straight to the check out line and helped load my items to my car.I have encountered Ms Courtney many times in the store.Each and every time, her level of customer service and professionalism is second to none. Your help today and each and every time I encountered you in the store is highly appreciated from the bottom of my heart mam.Have a blessed day.

“It could be a headache depending what time you come... The earlier the better. Backing ain't bad because they space each truck a dock apart so it won't be as tight. But if you had a dock next to each other it'll definitely take some time to get in. And watch for the cars & mail trucks who think this road a drag strip”

“I had all four of my WeatherPeaks installed with them back in 2023. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast. Recently, one of my WeatherPeaks failed, so I went back to Steve and Danny at White Marsha. They took care of it and were incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!”

“I just want to review Optical Center at this location. In April Jesse helped me to find beautiful frames. He is so kind and knowledgeable. My glasses were ready in a week. Today I brought my son. He helped him to find nice frames for his prescription glasses. Their prices are much more affordable than other places. Thank you, Jesse, for your outstanding service!”
“Parking is crazy! If you are an Executive member, you can shop early. Weekends are super busy! Gas station and tire center at this location. Petsmart next door. Open 7 days a week. Lots of parking but it gets busy fast!”

“I love Costco! But the pizza area needs a complete revamp! Wait times are terrible, service is the worst, the lines are all over the place.
As far as food Shopping here would be so much better if there were signs on aisles! The workers are always very busy and rushing from place to place so finding out where something is can be very difficult”
“If anyone was in sams club Rosedale specifically the clothing department I found a cellphone and the color of it looks to be a females phone. I gave the phone to customer service/ member service desk.”
“Costco is awesome they go above and beyond. I was running very tight and close to closing. I called to double check closing time. I told the young lady I was about seven mins away. That would put me there 4 mins after posted closing time. She said we will wait till 705pm I got to the counter at 706 and there she was with scrip in hand. I will NEVER forget that gesture. I have several other examples of exceptional service. Love Costco thank you”
“This was the best tire shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered on a Monday and they were delivered to the store that same week. I scheduled my installation and everything was great thanks to Marlon and the rest of the team.”
“No line when I stopped by around 630pm. Paying thru the app is the most efficient way to get in and out. Gas was slightly lower than neighboring gas stations, but not by much. Very well lit area. Gas station closes an hour after the club does.”
“I think they should have anticipated the popularity of their reduced price gas and built it with more space for cars to get in line. It can be a real traffic jam when you only have room for 2 cars to each pump station.”
“Had what we wanted. Update: 7/3/25. Put a pickup order in for 1 pm and didn't get there until @ 3 pm. Yes, our fault. We waited 20+ minutes for the order from a very overworked, warm, and PLEASANT associate. Love this option.”
“This Jetro is a very nice place to deliver. They do have overnight parking,drivers please don’t blow it, be clean and do not toss garbage in the lot. I was unloaded in about 40 minutes.”

“Good people. Line can get long at times because of crowd and usually only 2 people work the front counter while one does the pizzas.
If you're getting a whole pizza, be prepared to wait about 20-30 minutes unless you can grab the person going around with the big cart of them. I suggest ordering the pizza on one ticket at the kiosk, then order a drink or something (while you wait) on a separate ticket because the non-pie orders go much faster so you'll get your snack much faster by itself.
As of now, this costco is switching to Coke sometime this week. Last Friday I got a pie but soda orders were all cans. When I asked why, they confirmed it's because Coca-Cola is coming this week.”

“Absolutely the best service at my visit. We needed 4 tires and sensors on our SUV. The young lady Scerena was super helpful and kind. She listened to my needs and helped me select the appropriate tires we needed. Jose worked on our vehicle and he did a awesome job. He was time efficient and organized with the project at hand. We love the new tires, they are quiet and smooth. It was all done in less than 1.5 hours.At this time I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.”
“As a whole the store employees are great. The pharmacy crew is amazing. However twice I had a poor, if not bad, experience with the food court. Once I ordered a pizza over the phone. It was supposed to be ready by 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 picked up a few items and headed to the food court. My pizza was not ready and I was told they were running behind. I agreed to wait. But took my items to my car. When I returned I was not allowed to go back in scone it was near closing time. The last time disaster hit, the counter clerk gave me a hotdog which fell on the floor due to a defective bag. Another customer told me that it had just happened to them. and that they would remake it. I returned to the counter only to be ignored for 12 mins. By the clerk, hot dog and bag sitting on the counter. I left the store.”
“Getting through on the phone was challenging at first, but from there the experience was great. I worked with Ty who was personable and easy to work with. I was getting two tires, and he made recommendations of what tires to get based off of the tires I already had, what would have similar tread pattern, not wear down as quickly, etc. He then made quick work of it, calling me about 45 minutes later when he was all done. Great experience!”
“The store is fine, but when you go for gas try and go off times. Be careful driving by their fence as they rarely trim branches poking through and could scratch your car.”
“I was there looking for an item that was in their sale book, that says in store purchase only. I couldn’t find it. Another lady found it, a guy was on the floor with a forklift already!
