Sean in F & I was surprisingly extremely efficient and friendly and quickly got us moving on our way. Finally, prior to leaving, Rebecca coached us up on the inner workings of many of the numerous features of this vehicle and then captured our own satisfaction in a photo for posterity. “I had a excellent experience at your dealership. My extended warranty was honored and the work that was done to fix my rear main seal oil leak and radiator leaks was first-rate. Hats off to Mike Elliott the service writer who focused on getting the paperwork right and keeping me informed and to the mechanic who performed the work. I didn't get to meet him but Mike said he is a Master mechanic and would do a great job. I believed him. So far no more oil leaks.
