“Wow! The Silver Swan Bayside has the perfect intimate location off the beaten path on the Chesapeake Bay with view of the Bay Bridge! The beautifully renovated indoor space opens up to the glass reception area and then to the beautiful lawn and small beach on the bay. Our coordinator Mandie was warm and friendly and nothing but top notch with excellent communication, attention to detail and guiding us thru the process and decision on making our wedding day nothing less than perfect! She is the absolute best! During the whole process and day of the entire staff was welcoming, attentive and truly amazing.”

“My friend is a member and she often invites me to their activities. It's very laid back both in attitudes and dress. There are always things to do, pickle ball, bocce ball, movie nights, and other organized activities. Last night was member appreciation night with plenty of food, drink, and music. There was a wide variety of food, mostly finger food, and the wait staff replaced empty serving dishes fairly rapidly. The food was yummy, and the desserts were outstanding. The band was a quick replacement because the original group was sick. You would never know they were a last-minute choice, and their music was perfect for the variety of age groups. As always, the place was clean, including the bathrooms, with plenty of parking. Quite a few kids were there, and they were well behaved. After the food was finished, many people left the dining areas and gathered outside the clubhouse. Everyone appeared to have a fun evening.”

“Lauren was such a nice person, it’s hard to describe the hospitality she showed me without getting overly personal but I’m very grateful for her kindness, and she should be doing a lot more than sitting behind a desk for you all I swear …. I hope she’s shown appreciation!Outside of that, the rooms were beautiful and it was a sleepy time of year for the area but the bar/restaurant with the live music was great, the guitar player was so good I sent a picture of his card to the hiring person in Annapolis for the summer local music gig bc I wish he’d come out here to perform….You guys have done a great thing with your hotel, the manager of the restaurant was wonderful as well. She was bartending, serving, food running, and was friendly with everyone the entire time.Probably the best hospitality experience I think you could have anywhere.”

The decor is soothing and beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous. The food is fabulous and the service is impeccable. The team at The Oaks is professional, knowledgeable, gracious and caring.
