“I've had two recent experiences in the Salisbury store that restored my faith in customer service! I cannot say enough about the manager, Christian. I was shopping for a disabled person with shopping challenges and he made it so much easier. He went out of his way to be helpful and understanding and to make sure we were spending her limited money as frugally as possible. This happened on two occasions, not just one! The first time I shopped alone and the second I brought her and her grandmother with me. Between Christian and Jada we had a VERY GOOD experience. We will be back!

“10/10 Experience at this men’s wearhouse! I walked in knowing I needed a wedding rehearsal dinner outfit , with honestly zero idea on what to actually get. I totally forget her name, but the lovely lady assisting me helped me with everything! Completely measured me and helped me pick out an outfit and even tailored my pants for me. I recommend this store!”
“Honestly, this is the place you should purchase shoes from in Salisbury. I purchased Two pair of Brooks from this particular location. One was effective and they had no problem returning it for me. I was very grateful because those shoes are very pricey. They do have a large selection of shoes. I wish I didn’t have such stupid feet so I could purchase more of what I But it looks like I’m stuck with geriatric shoes, either way, they have beautiful looking shoes, even for geriatric! Lol”
“We had one of the most amazing Kohl's experiences at the Salisbury MD Kohl's location with Sissy and Christine. We had an issue with the Kohl's card and they both stopped everything they had going on and helped fix the card issue through the Kohl's system and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the transaction. They were both amazing not only for fixing the card issue, but staying with us throughout the process, being patient, and most of all adding some humor to the situation. Kudos ladies!!”
