“My boss sent me here, she swears by Clyde's, and even though they weren't able to fix my air-conditioning, because my car is a hybrid and the parts you can only get at a dealership, they did fix my high beam and the price was great and even explained to me exactly what was wrong with my air conditioning, why they couldn't fix it and how the particular mechanic I spoke to is working on trying to get trained in hybrid cars so they can better assist in the future which to me was huge knowing that even though they couldn't help me they are taking the steps to be able to help others in the future. I'll definitely come back for basic things like an oil change or when I get a different vehicle. Truly wonderful”

I absolutely love the video that they send you that shows And tells you exactly what they’re doing and checking on the car and any recommendations. Great experience I’ve decided this is the only place I’m going to take my car going forward.”

“The maintence men (and women) behind making sure my vehicle is in tip top shape! They are so accommodating and can squeeze me in very quickly. I have had both routine maintenance and emergencies and every time it's safe in Delaware Tires hands. Mr. Holland is extremely knowledgeable in his tires and very helpful on finding the best fit. I don't go anywhere else. I've had new tires, plugged tires, tire rotation, tire alignments, oil changes and more. Just ask!”
“I booked my appointment 3 days prior to my appointment, and received a email a day later approving my appointment. I went in on time to have my car aligned and talked to who I believe was Chris. He was nice honest and straight to the point. They were busy so I did have to wait in the lobby for quite some time. So I do recommend dropping your vehicle off. Overall good experience at this location.”

“Once I was able to get an appointment, my experience was great! Teresa at the desk is super friendly and explained everything really well. She estimated that my wait time for replacing all 4 tires would be 1.5 hours, and they finished within 45 minutes.
Only taking off one star because I called 3 times one evening trying to reach someone in the tire center to book an appointment. The membership services staff were somewhat short with me after they left me on hold/transfer for almost 10 minutes each call. When I tried to call back a 4th, 5th, and 6th time, they completely ignored my calls.”
“I bought tires a year ago and have been several times to get air in the tire because it was losing inflation. I had two new valve stems put it as well. I went back yesterday because I was getting pretty tired of this whole process. They tried to check me out and asked me to sign without explaining my zero charge invoice. I asked what they did to my tire. The guy told me they had “patched” my tire when in essence, they did not. They had out a 3rd valve stems put on. Communication left a lot to be desired.”

She was honest, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable instead of pressured. It's hard to find people who genuinely seem to care, and she definitely did.
