He was nice honest and straight to the point. They were busy so I did have to wait in the lobby for quite some time. So I do recommend dropping your vehicle off. “I made the mistake of buying tires at another company. After the tires were put on my car it rode worse than before I needed them. Went back to complain and they flat out refused to fix them. Kept insisting it was my alignment. Went to Firestone and explained the situation. Instead of just fixing my alignment they rebalanced my tires. So for $65 to rebalance my tires it now rides beautifully and there is nothing wrong with my alignment. Great service. Wonderful friendly staff. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place. Thanks guys”
