“This place is usually always great. Gas is inexpensive for club members. At times they do seem to struggle keeping all the pumps active. The far right side pumps are hard to make the u-turn to exit without backing up. Attendants always seem to help guests when needed. Located conveniently next to walmart.”

“One of the best pharmacies I've ever been to! They always have my prescription ready and in stock and have the nicest staff. They also have a great and fast drive through as well. I love Riverside pharmacy so much!”

“I love that my family switched to this pharmacy. The difference is very noticeable. Caring employees and experienced pharmacists who know what they’re doing! They have known exactly what to prescribe me for my issues, they’re reliable, friendly, and very affordable. Definitely recommend using this pharmacy. It’s great in all aspects.”

“When I came into the pharmacy there was a line up people. They attended each person respectfully and in a timely manner. I didn’t have my insurance card with me but they didn’t refuse to take care of my request. They advocated for me by calling my insurance company again and again until they could approve my health concern. This is what quality is! Appreciate the pharmacist and the front person for being so kind and understanding with my request”

“When I walk in, they actually remember my name! I've never had such friendly service anywhere else. I won't be going back to the Giant or Walmart pharmacies, that's for sure!”

“I have been using Karemore Salisbury for four years now for my family. This is one of the best family owned pharmacies in the area. Very professional staff and very knowledgeable pharmacist. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy over one of those big box chain pharmacies.”

“Store busy. Some restocking being done by staff. Several self checkout 's available but only 2 registers staffed and one of the registers had to have staff member leave to check price.”

“From when I called and talked to Angela about some things I needed for a second-degree burn to speaking with Jeff, the pharmacist about my condition to checking out with Bonnie And the young man who greeted me and set me up to talk with Jeff and all the other staff it was just a great experience 10 stars And thanks a lot for all you do for this community for so long”

“Being a mom with a young child out shopping by yourself can be a stressful experience. Today, I was finished shopping and I was out by my car. My baby was screaming in her car seat sitting in the shopping cart while I was trying to load my groceries. A young man who was pushing carts came up to me and said, “You worry about the baby and get her in the car, I’ll load your groceries for you.” I tried to glance at his name tag, I think his name was Quan. This worker stopped without skipping a beat to help someone he didn’t know and tried making their day a little bit easier. Sam’s Club, you have an A+ employee and he deserves a raise!”

“Best pharmacy around. Last week when only 2 of my meds were brought to me, the driver drove all the way back to Salisbury and later that afternoon brought the rest.”

“I have had the unfortunate experience of having a life saving prescription called in to CVS Caremark due to my RX coverage. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Not only are they the nastiest people to deal with BUT IN ADDITION to the anxiety I suffer EVERYTIME I HAVE TO DEAL WITH CVS including entering their parking lot, they don’t accept any co-pay card discounts. I spoke to Aetna since they were blamed for the restricted use of co-pay card and they said it’s CVS! So Walmart accepts both Aetna & discount co-pay card. I called WALMART RX & spoke to about the sweetest lady, Shakea, who very politely said she would transfer the prescription & take care of everything! Why is it that pharmacy technicians at CVS CAN GET AWAY WITH BEING SO MEAN TO SICK PEOPLE! I recommend anybody who can that goes to CVS quickly move their prescriptions to Walmart! You won’t be lied to & they’re very nice people!!!”

“EVERY time I have ANY issue on MY END… the team at this pharmacy help me solve ALL issue(s) quickly and professionally. You get a genuine sense of connection like you would from a small town pharmacy; that’s paired with the inventory and pricing of a large establishment. I enjoy all my experiences with any Walmart pharmacy, however this one is top tier in the delivered experience and service. I hope the store can maintain this team and/or leadership responsible in this department.”

“I usually get my prescriptions at parsons road. I waited a week, no prescription. Poor customer service. I called Mt hermon road rite aid, they had the medication I needed . A very nice woman
named Isabella told me what I

needed to do to have the script transfered. I had the medeithin hours. That you. For your excellent customer service.why couldn't parsons road make the call days ago. They don't care, that's why. I would complain, and I did. You can't make someone care. Customer service is an art, not a science.”

“I have gone to the Rite Aid store on Parsons Road in Salisbury MD for several years and have had good experience. I am especially pleased with the elder lady currently at the prescription counter. Professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Great service! You have an excellent employee there!”

“This is a great general pharmacy with an excellent candy selection and plenty of seasonal decorations and gifts. It's a great place to find snacks and cold drinks. The pharmacy side is well stocked with common items, and the rewards program is very effective as I earn cash off and great coupons with each purchase.”

“Typical drug store. Well stocked, clean sale items & such. Great place to catch Coke products on sale. The pharmacy portion of the store depends on what time you get there. Don't go in the late afternoon when people are getting off of work. The pharmacy is a nut house when it's busy. The pharmacist's, not the pharmacy techs, cashier's & assistants, but the pharmacist's at these busy times are always rushed, short, angry, not nice, too busy to answer questions & can be rude. Did I say not nice? Especially the bald guy, wow, he really can't handle pressure lol. Still the techs/cashier's are usually nice & extremely helpful even when presented with rude customers.”

“The staff at the pharmacy are all very kind. There have been minor hiccups with medication refills but they are always fixed quickly. Every pharmacy I have used had errors but these are rare at this location & staff is apologetic. The issues stem from my insurance company and not the employees here.”
