“We have been taking our cars to Gary and his team for several years now. They have never failed to provide uncomparable service, with fair and clear rates, as well as detailed descriptions of proposed work. And most importantly they keep track of what our car services our car has had done and what it needs and have always kept an open line of communication via phone text and email.
Here's another small but huge thing for me: a few years back my daughter and I were on vacation and had an issue with my car's starter. We were 4 hours away from Preferred but I called them anyway. I spoke to Todd (a dream!) who quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Because they keep such accurate records of our vehicle he was able to tell me when that part had last been addressed and explained why it may have been an issue now. He even offered suggestions for how to find a reputable shops for the repair as well as parameters for a fair pricing.
How is THAT for service?
We have referred many friends and neighbors to Preffered and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough good things about them.”

“I’ve been burned by repair shops before, so I walked into First Choice Collision nervous and braced for the worst. Instead, I got the opposite. They took excellent care of my car, and when I mentioned a separate problem with another vehicle, William, the manager, actually reviewed the video findings and offered to help without hesitation.
On top of that, I was dealing with a bad car I’d bought from a dealer and had no idea what to do. William showed genuine care — he even prayed for me, and somehow I felt completely at ease. The whole team is wonderful. I’d recommend this shop to anyone and I’ll definitely be going back.”

“Our go to for our lexus car oil change and tire rotation with Andrew. They also did our 30k miles routine and bought new tires at 55k miles. A one stop shop indeed. Best price in the area. They are open on some Saturdays for appointment only. Parking can be tough but the service is exceptional!”

“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.
Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. I got my car back yesterday & I am once again extremely satisfied with the high quality work they did and for their customer service :)

“I brought my 2002 Toyota Tundra 4x4 in for an oil change, state inspection and an overall assessment. Having just moved to MD, Gary took me through the nuances of the inspection process, and communicated his assessment quickly and effectively.
When I dropped off the truck, I made it clear that I was open to whatever work was required on the vehicle—a risky proposition given my experience at other shops, but I wanted to get everything buttoned up in one go.
Gary and I discussed adding two services, an alignment and a door handle replacement (I figured I needed these) and that was it. Nothing more. No upselling, no scare tactics, just honest, great work, at a very fair price.
I also have a 2021 BMW going out of warranty this year. I’ll be taking it, along with the truck, to Allbrand for all maintenance and repairs going forward.”
“I brought my '73 Chevrolet Caprice Classic in with a disintegrated donut at the exhaust manifold. Despite rusted bolts that had to be drilled out over many attempts, PJ came through with a fully repaired exhaust system for my car and also completed the oil change and tire rotation I requested. I just know he spent way more time on the exhaust system than what he charged me for. Not afraid to tackle tough jobs, this shop does immensely competent work. Highly recommended.”

“I just brought in my car for the second time, and for the second time was blown away by the team here! Both times I needed minor repairs. Today my splash guard was loose and they rescrewed it up and the first time I had a nail in my tire and they patched it.... Other places would and could have easily charged $100 or even more for the time it took to do this even though they were both quick repairs, but only car Care did not. They're extremely honest. Extremely kind, extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to any friend or family or any person that needs a trustworthy auto repair place. I will never take my car somewhere else!”
