“I LOVE this store/gas station! It's always clean, staff is pleasant ,amazing VARIETY of food/snacks that is always fresh when I've tried it, and the gas is always the cheapest! Seriously, it's the BEST in the area. In this day and age, quality sucks but this place doesn't! Keep up the great work”

“My car battery was on its way out after this past winter, so I stopped by KSC to see if they had one in stock. They had a battery that would fit my 2022 Honda Accord, so I left the vehicle with them in the morning. I also asked if they could check on a tire that had been slowly losing air pressure. Even though I didn't have a service appointment, my vehicle was ready with a new battery installed within just a few hours, and the source of the leak in my tire was found and repaired. Much faster than if I had taken it to the dealership. Everyone I interacted with at KSC was friendly, polite, and remembered my name. Good customer service is sadly a rare thing to find, but it's nice to see that it still exists at KSC.”

“I recently had a pretty unusual problem with my car (Tesla Model Y). It started as a very foul odor coming from the exterior of the car that I immediately recognized as a dead animal. But looking all around and under the car, couldn't see anything. My husband was able to get partially under the car and see a small patch of fur stuck up in a panel on the underside of the car but couldn't remove the panel it was stuck under due to a stripped bolt and couldn't get far enough under the car to quite reach it.
Once inside the car, I realized the smell was permeating the interior as well. It was so bad, that if I didn't get it removed, I wasn't going to be able to use the car.
I called about a dozen places- dealerships, auto repair shops, body shops to see if anyone could do anything to rectify it. No one was able to get me on their schedule for weeks or in some cases over a month. One person even laughed at me over the phone!!
Until I spoke to Noah at the BP. They were booked solid, but when I explained the situation he said to come on over...no promises but he'd (personally) take a look and see if he could help. He was a bit hesitant about the stripped bolt...not wanting to damage the panel but was able to successfully remove the panel, remove the source of the foul odor (dead critter) and saved my car!
He (Noah, the manager) took care of it himself. He didn't even pull it into the shop to put on a lift! And he didn't bill me for it! This guy is unbelievable. He is professional, pleasant, empathetic and just an all around good guy!”
“First time at this Costco gas station. And it is a zoo ( car lanes jammed ; worse than the traffic on 495! - I waited in line at 2pm weekday for 25 minutes! The entrance -It is hard to get in and people honk at you even when you are in line ?.... where do I go ?. I guess overall gas prices are reasonable $3.23/ gallon for premium, Regular $2.69/gallon.”

“I take my 2011 Toyota here whenever it needs work. I believe the quality of work is excellent and feel that the owners are trustworthy. It's not the cheapest place, but my 2011 car runs like a dream thanks to these guys.
I previously took my car to the dealership service center. They told me I had to get lots of work done or else to car would die. The team at colesville exxon evaluated the vehicle and did not find the same problem.”

“Pro: big parking lot, clean environment, self serve lottery machine, lot of self check out machine, Con: always long line at customer service This store had a refresh on the inside a few years ago and still look new upon entering. Parking lot is big with plenty of space. The giant is next to smaller store such as subway and more. There is a lottery machine that is self use. The customer service area is always has long line due to only 1 person working back there. If this giant doesn't work out for you there is another giant by cherry hill shopping area that just open up recently.”

“I heard a rattling sound in my car last night, and my family desperately needs use of my car for daily medical treatments and long drives. I was so worried I would have a costly repair and time without a car, needing to rely on rides from friends. I dropped my car off this morning with John, explained our urgent need to use the car this afternoon and asked if he could at least find time this morning to see what the issue was/if it could be fixed quickly. He called me within the hour and said it was a simple fix, and since I was in a time crunch, he went ahead and fixed it immediately. My car is safe to drive, and John took excellent care of me. I cannot express how grateful I am to have one big worry off my shoulders AND the ability to drive to a necessary medical appointment this afternoon.”

“I had an emergency situation due to flat tire and had to stop by early in the morning. Fortunately, they could easily and quickly fix the issue so I could go to work. When I visited one of other stores in North, they told me to replace the tire because they can't fix the issue so I brought my car here and fixed.”
“Our family has a motto: “Ask Mr. Lee first!” Why? He’s honest and direct. They said your brake pads need replacing? He’ll take a look and tell you “today” or “come back in six months.” You need extensive work? His people can probably do it in half the time for 10% less. We’ve been to lots of different shops. University Marathon tops them all. Easily ;-)”
