“Having come from the Glen Burnie office where staff is consistently rude, condescending, and insulting to customers, this post office is like stepping into a whole new world. Everyone is kind, friendly, answers your questions with patience and kindness, and corrects you with respect and actually helpful advice when education is needed. Other offices should get some training from these folks on how to treat customers with respect. If other post offices have burned you, give this office a try!”

“Listen, I drive from Bowie Maryland because the South Bowie Post Office, the staff is simple horrible, they also has lost my mail including CHECKS several times, had to once write a letter from a lawyer about this. That post office needs to be audited and change the way they train their staff.
I drive all the way from souther Bowie to go to this post office.

“While I very much like the USPS employee that is typically at the window. She's extremely friendly and helpful. I have a major complaint with the fact that regardless of which Saturday I go, the door is never unlocked despite both the door and website displaying these supposed PO Box Access hours of 10AM - 2PM. I arrived at 1155 this morning and the same foolishness. Its extremely frustrating and it's professonial. Do beeter USPS!”

“I’ve always had a good experience here, not sure why the reviews are so bad. I’ve sent both international letters and packages, and domestic packages with no issues. The kiosk is always working and there’s not usually a line. The workers are extremely kind and helpful and make the stressful process of sending international mail feel easy and quick. Always lots of parking too. This is my go to post office now!”

My husband and I visited this post office for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Despite there being only one clerk on duty, Mr. Timothy was incredibly kind, efficient, and clear throughout the entire process.
The post office itself was spacious, very clean, and well-organized — everything was neat with no clutter in sight. Mr. Timothy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. He kindly double-checked our forms, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood the next steps to ensure a smooth process.
His professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out, and we left feeling grateful for such a positive experience. We really appreciated his time and care, and I just had to leave a review to recognize his outstanding service!”

It's a small post office- has a decent number of PO boxes but limited supplies of you need to package your goods on site.”

She reacted quickly, helped me pack everything properly, and handled everything with impressive efficiency. “I contacted the Post Office because a cluster mailbox in our community was knocked over by a vehicle. I was able to talk with a representative after 3 rings and within a half hour, received a return call from that person providing me with information. Within an hour after our conversation, I received a call from a maintenance truck driver who was at the location. He picked up the damaged mailbox, took it to be repaired and provided instructions as to how residents can get their mail until the mailbox is replaced.”

“after avoiding this post office for quite a while now, I was rushing and stopped in for a quick package drop off and was met with pleasantries from Tanya who was very kind very welcoming and engaging . “I had a the pleasure of working with Maria. Prior to me, a male customer was extremely rude and attempted to pick a fight many times. So much so, that another customer had to tell him to leave her alone. She was professional, courteous, and patient the entire exchange with this customer, and had to repeat steps many times, that he could take. Kudos to her and she def needs recognition for a job well done.”

“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... “This is NOT a post office. It is basically a distribution center. If you need to send a letter or package, or do any other post office-related thing, find a branch that just says "post office". Don't make my mistake and drive around the building for 15 min trying to find an entrance. SMH”
