“The AI Ask Maps feature will tell you there’s a self service kiosk here for after hours package drop off but that’s just one more thing it’s wrong about. There isn’t. I should have looked at the USPS website myself which clearly does not list a kiosk here. Didn’t utilize the post office but one star off because in 2026 USPS should have kiosks in every notably sized post office, especially if there are no other kiosks in the immediate area”
“The staff at this location are AMAZINGGG!! I had a little bit of trouble (on my end) when I was dropping off some packages and the lady that was helping me was super patient and helped me figure out a solution. This location is not the closest USPS to me but I make the trip because the staff is so wonderful.”
“I've frequented Odenton 21113 since 2001 & I love being serviced by MS SHEILA. Have avoided young BRITTANY as I've seen unwarranted frustration taken out on some customers. However, in the last months, I've seen quite a turn around on her part. This past Sat, I went there 10 minutes before closing; the line was long, & BRITTANY serviced me. She has come a longgg way this last year and I had to make sure she knew that her service was

“I arrived to the Crofton post office after it was closed and a kind and wonderful employee named Firmin came out to help me with the kiosk to get a receipt for my package . He even took my package inside when the post office was closed . I have never had any business assist a customer 1 .5 hours after closing. I really needed my package scanned and shipped before tommrow and he took care of me A + service and so kind . He even helped a lady behind me as well . Give him a raise we need more workers just like him ! Thank you Firmin your act of kindness didn't go unnoticed. Thank you so much !”

“I have experienced some ineffective/rude staff here in the past so began driving out of my way to go to the Simpsonville PO instead (they're awesome). I have a major complaint with the fact that regardless of which Saturday I go, the door is never unlocked despite both the door and website displaying these supposed PO Box Access hours of 10AM - 2PM. “I have been frequenting this office for about a year now the guy and ladies are always great.
I've seen some of the other customers interactions with the workers that are assisting them, most are quite friendly but there a few that come in and create a scene, or throw tantrums/hissy fits. Following instructions go a long way and loosing your cool doesn't help make matters better.”

“Thankfully the wait time for counter assistance is much shorter than it used to be. The Postal workers are efficient and helpful. And there are plenty of parking spaces available.”

She reacted quickly, helped me pack everything properly, and handled everything with impressive efficiency. It's a small post office- has a decent number of PO boxes but limited supplies of you need to package your goods on site.”

“Unlike others who reviewed this post office, I haven't had any problems with the clerks at the counter. This place resembles your standard post 📫 office (see picture). It has various mailboxes 📬 for rent (see picture 📸). They sell various shipping supplies (boxes, tape) in the main lobby as well as gift 🎁 cards (see picture 📸). 1 thing I do appreciate here is the outside mail dropbox (see picture) that you can drive 🚗 up to and mail your stamped letters ✉. No need to get out of the car to mail them. Overall, I think it's an ok 👍 post office though 🤔 I don't deal with them much as I don't live on Fort Meade.”

I went in and had several questions in regards to passports for both me and my daughter and she was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent information and walked me through how the process works. “I had a the pleasure of working with Maria. Prior to me, a male customer was extremely rude and attempted to pick a fight many times. So much so, that another customer had to tell him to leave her alone. She was professional, courteous, and patient the entire exchange with this customer, and had to repeat steps many times, that he could take. Kudos to her and she def needs recognition for a job well done.”

“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make."”

My husband and I visited this post office for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Despite there being only one clerk on duty, Mr. Timothy was incredibly kind, efficient, and clear throughout the entire process.
The post office itself was spacious, very clean, and well-organized — everything was neat with no clutter in sight. Mr. Timothy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. He kindly double-checked our forms, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood the next steps to ensure a smooth process.
His professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out, and we left feeling grateful for such a positive experience. We really appreciated his time and care, and I just had to leave a review to recognize his outstanding service!”
“This is NOT a post office. It is basically a distribution center. If you need to send a letter or package, or do any other post office-related thing, find a branch that just says "post office". Don't make my mistake and drive around the building for 15 min trying to find an entrance. SMH”
