“Came today for the vet service with my Pyrenees who is super friendly with people but other dogs not so much. The employee , Harry met me in line and I explained my scenario. Not only did he help find a spot for me to get my dog into the store while I waited he helped me secure him while we did weigh in, check in and get seen by the vet. The woman checking me into the vet clinic helped me get access to a coupon as a first time customer. Then a second employee of TS, a very friendly Pyrenees lover helped me keep me good boy happy and they BOTH helped me while he was seen. When I went to checkout and pay they took my dog outside where he could rest, calmly and decompress in the courtyard so we didn't interrupt other animals getting care. 20/5 stars!! I will NEVER go to another vet and Tractor Supply has a net promoter and a loyal client for life. Whatever we need- we're getting it from TSC and whenever my animals need care, we're going to the vet at TS. They made something stressful and potentially overwhelming for me so easy. No other practice would have gone above and beyond. I'm not even sure they were still on the clock they were helping because of their love for animals and people. Fan for life!”

“Eric treats you like family every time you come in! Products are the cheapest you’ll find in the Baltimore metro area, they are awesome products that get the job done the first time. I used to go to Aramasco for all my products but now I will solely go to Baltimore Janitorial Supply. They are true stand up men and I won’t stand by anybody else. The atmosphere in the store is always good and welcoming if you have any questions the staff will thoroughly breakdown and help you get your answer.I had a grout job first time cleaning grout Eric helped me top to bottom get the right products and the right process to bring home my first successful tile & grout cleaning. CANT THANK THESE PEOPLE ENOUGH!!!!!”

While others weren’t so helpful, she stood by while I gathered all information needed to find the account and made sure I was able to pay to the right account.”
“I was so bummed when i went to tool rental because Nae didn't assist me and walked away instead of saying she didn't know...but Scott came for the rescue and helped me and even apologized for the bad experience with Nae's unnecessary attitude...idk why she works there if she cant provide decent customer service”

He( shopper/customer) went to customer service and they couldnt help, tools peeson couldnt help. Ms debbie found the item that was being looked for, went back to recieving, pulled the items and then brought them out. She was supwe nice and professional, she knew what she was doing. Need more people like this.”

Next door they have a showroom when day have a great inventoryScrews to expensive piece of equipmentThis is the place where I go when i need safety PPE Tools and anything in-between the customer service is above 5 stars and this goes from Amee from tool repairs to all the guys at the sale desk. All of them are Great.I Only wish they work after 4:30 pm and Saturdays at least half of day sometimes its difficult for us the construction workers to get there before 4:30pmThank you guys!!”
