βWe needed a basement waterproofing sealer and the only store in Baltimore that had it in stock was the Fed Hill Ace. Within 15 minutes of the online order it was ready for pick up. I was able to get a key copied here that other stores were unable to make. Liam was particularly helpful. And another young man helped us open up a utility knife and installed the blade for us! βThis is a heating boiler distributor. Been around since the early 40's. Myself I'm a boiler installer. It an excellent product which I'm proud to say have been using for close to 50yrs. Good equipment very good service!β

βWe visited Castle Wholesalers in Baltimore to purchase a bathroom vanity. After the purchase, we decided to get a different style that was available from their New Jersey location (Home Surplus). The return was easy, and the transfer from New Jersey went very quickly. The staff were very friendly, accommodated our changes, and made sure everything went smoothly. The vanity was quality-built and better than expected. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for cabinets, vanities, and doors. I wish they had more of the products that are available at their New Jersey locations as it would be nice to see the available options first.β

βThe folks that work here are knowledgeable and super nice. They are geared towards professional plumbers/tradesmen but also very accommodating to the DYIer, which I am. They stock top tier brands. Although I frequent this location, today Iβm leaving a review because Becca was more than patient and very helpful with me while having trouble finding my companyβs account. While others werenβt so helpful, she stood by while I gathered all information needed to find the account and made sure I was able to pay to the right account.β
βEric treats you like family every time you come in! Products are the cheapest youβll find in the Baltimore metro area, they are awesome products that get the job done the first time. I used to go to Aramasco for all my products but now I will solely go to Baltimore Janitorial Supply. They are true stand up men and I wonβt stand by anybody else. The atmosphere in the store is always good and welcoming if you have any questions the staff will thoroughly breakdown and help you get your answer.I had a grout job first time cleaning grout Eric helped me top to bottom get the right products and the right process to bring home my first successful tile & grout cleaning. CANT THANK THESE PEOPLE ENOUGH!!!!!β

All of them are Great.I Only wish they work after 4:30 pm and Saturdays at least half of day sometimes its difficult for us the construction workers to get there before 4:30pmThank you guys!!β

βDoing a review for someone else.A worker named ms Debbie was GREAT, she wwnt above and beyond when none of the other workers could help. He( shopper/customer) went to customer service and they couldnt help, tools peeson couldnt help. Ms debbie found the item that was being looked for, went back to recieving, pulled the items and then brought them out. She was supwe nice and professional, she knew what she was doing. Need more people like this.β

βWe purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.β
βTim at Arbutus Johnstone is the goat, always a pleasure to talk with and goes above and beyond to assist with contractor needs. Zach and the rest of the staff also very helpful.β

βThis store is Phenomenal. I called the store manager before coming over to make sure I would be able to be assisted. Corey in lumber/plywood has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I told him my previous situation at other lowes and not being able to get the plywood I needed and he helped me find & load the plywood on a bed cart and also cut it for me with zero hesitation. Amy and the other cashier in the Pro section are also very kind and easy to talk to. I am no manager/supervisor of Corey but it would be nice if his manager has a quick chat with him to let him know his work ethic is appreciated.β
