“Rotech mistakenly sent me new equipment for my descent instead of my resmed ( one for home and one for vacation house). I opened and used them even though it didn’t need them yet. Hence I could not return them and my insurance would not pay again for the right parts. Rotech Glen Burnie management call me and paid for the correct parts and shipped them at their expense. Very good resolution.”
