“Not far off of Lowes and HD pricing, but better selection of natives and they actually take care of their plants. Also, nursery staff were handing out cold bottles of water to patrons shopping. I visit the coop a few times a week for some special items and then I also overbuy many plants I don't really need here!”
“We moved to our new home 1 year ago. Our yard is mostly composed of sand - so growing grass was a challenge. Donna was soo incredible and helped us decide the best soil mixture to get to help our grass finally take! This is now our 3rd truck worth of soil & leafgro and the process is soo easy! Again, I am soo thankful for all of Donna's help this past year - she ensures the perfect timing and delivery of our dirt. Thank you all very much - the product is great and our yard is almost level! Can't wait to utilize Himmel's for additional landscaping needs in the future!! Highly recommend them!”

“Great teas! Delicious Hawaiian ice! They also have garden herb plants! Which is great cause I never can find dill plants for my garden at any nurseries or big box stores and Happy Seed company had a whole tray! They also have really interesting events like Goat Yoga and Bingo! Stop on by!”

“I stopped here a couple of years ago, and have been returning each season ever since. There is a wide selection of flowering plants, bushes, herbs, vegetables, decorative pots, yard statues, fresh produce, and so much more! The staff is always friendly u0026 helpful when I ask a question and the prices are very reasonable. As an amateur gardener, I find it easy to choose what I need and usually pick up one or two things that inspire me as well! I have alway had a good experience and been very pleased with the quality of the products. I almost always find what I’m looking for in any given season. This place really is a gem, tucked into a corner lot at the intersection of 424 u0026 450, that’s well worth the time to explore. Don’t let the busy intersection dissuade you. Once you park (and there’s ample parking spots), you’ll be lost in another place altogether!”

“I just had the best experience at Home Depot- walking in I was admittedly nervous to navigate the lumber section, as I have never ventured beyond the paint swatches before. A kind gentleman, Shannon, asked if I needed help. He was so incredibly insightful and clearly skilled at the project I needed help with. He cut the wood I needed to the PERFECT size and even escorted me (and the large unruly cart) to the front where he rung me up. After pulling around front I was greeted by Mike, who shared that he had just recently celebrated his birthday! He inquired about my project, loaded the wood into my car and wished me luck on my project. It’s hard to find willing and capable employees who also obviously love their jobs. “We come here just about every weekend with our dog. My wife loves to pick out new plants and I get to pick out toys and treats for my dog. Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful, and they're always adding new things throughout while somehow managing to keep the entire place look organized despite all the constant changes. Having a coffee shop next-door is always a huge plus as well.”
