A kind gentleman, Shannon, asked if I needed help. He was so incredibly insightful and clearly skilled at the project I needed help with. He cut the wood I needed to the PERFECT size and even escorted me (and the large unruly cart) to the front where he rung me up. After pulling around front I was greeted by Mike, who shared that he had just recently celebrated his birthday! He inquired about my project, loaded the wood into my car and wished me luck on my project. It’s hard to find willing and capable employees who also obviously love their jobs.
