“The rep that was helping us was really nice. That's the only reason I could score 4 stars. But I was extremely annoyed that the WiFi in the store was not good enough for me to do my phone to phone transfer so my new phone had to be mailed to me. Why doesn't the store have good enough service to complete transactions? And a very normal, common one at that. Very weird. I would have went to another store but the guy again was very very nice.”

“Went in to purchase a phone. The employee (Veronica) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is bilingual which was extremely helpful since the phone was for my mother in law who doesn’t speak very much English. The store was very clean and social distancing was enforced. Thank you!!”

“The experience was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My phone screen went black during the last day of my vacation. I went to T-Mobile when I got home to get it fixed, and they couldn't do it. I went to You Break it We Fix it. They said the parts were back ordered, and they didn't know when they would come in. They suggested trying a third party. I found iTouch Repair. I went to drop off my phone, expecting to leave it and pick it up another day. He told me to come back in 30 minutes. I did just that, and the phone was repaired. A month has passed since the repair, and the phone still works great.”

My situation was complicated by a difficult choice between replacement vs. upgrade my Samsung. Josh, Malik, Christian, & Nando helped me through this all on Nov. 24, 2023, and I highly recommend them each one. And I like my new Samsung S-23Plus.”
