    This location allows you to reserve a truck online, but they don't actually have the truck on the reserved day, destroying your planning. They just shrugged their shoulders when I complained. In addition, they tried to charge $150 to my credit card several days after. Terrible business before, during, and after.

    Don't even bother with these guys. Go to Hyattsville instead. Made a reservation, called to tell me they did not have the vehicle I reserved and still charged me a no-show fee.

    Budget rental vacated long ago- it’s a scam. Then *YOU* will get hit with a $75 no show fee for renting a truck at a location that doesn’t exist
