“These guys are excellent. I’ve rented cars in probably more than a hundred different sites in the U.S. and abroad over the years, and the folks at Sligo ave Avis/Budget are top drawer. Anytime I’ve had an issue, needed an early pickup date than what I booked or was late on the return they always showed flexibility and found a way to work with me. Rates are always competitive (although I tend to book through the corporate site). Even when I’ve walked up with no reservation these folks have found a vehicle for me at a decent rate. Highly recommend. Every once in a while I get a car that wasn’t vacuumed before I took it, but not a big deal for me personally.”

Indeed, my experience is quite the opposite: great customer service, competitive rates, and a fine selection of vehicles. This review is being posted with confidence based on several rental experiences, rather than a single event that could or could not reflect normal operations. For a variety of reasons, we've had to utilize rental cars on several occasions over the past two years, and each time the staff at this Budget location has accommodated us in a friendly and efficient manner.
