Noel was always helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which is why I returned to this location for a rental on this family vacation. She generally had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Noel also did everything she could to find the right size vehicle for my family and I to ride comfortable in on this 8 hr road trip! I now know where to go first when in need or a rental! 10/10 overall customer service !”

We have rented from this location multiple times and they have even helped us in last-minute situations. It's important to note that the specific car you reserved online may not be available. Overall, the customer service was great with minimal waiting time. I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the vehicle. The shop is conveniently located in my neighborhood, providing a friendly pickup and drop-off experience. For any tolls, they will bill you e-toll receipt a week after your reservation, no additional fees. I would recommend capturing a video of your vehicle's condition and gas level before leaving, just as a precautionary measure.”

“Employees are top notch here. Customer service jobs are stressful and I hope Hertz corporate is aware of how respectful, hardworking, and diligent their staff is at this location. Everyone here deserves a raise. My wife left her purse (makeup bag) in the car I returned. An employee( so sorry I forgot her name) stayed late to ensure I was able to get the purse back. She didn’t have to be kind and help out, no-one paid her more money to stay, but she did. Great people here and I will be coming back again and again.”

“Walked in at the last possible minute before closing . Amon and Bemi helped us unconditionally. Reservation was for the following day but that didn't matter . We had last minute change of plans and these guys went out of their way to help us . They even upgraded the car for no additional fees . Five stars all the way ! So happy we had these guys to assist us in a time of need .”
