“This ATM is hit or miss. The lighting has improved since the reviews mentioned below. Unfortunately, the ATM was down/unavailable on 11/10/2025. The next cloud feature Wells Fargo should implement is to have its app denote nearby ATMs and have their functionality status displayed (e.g. out of order/currently being maintenanced or online). In terms of nearby area; you're essentially doing a transaction on a hill and will get occasionally greeted by the Einstein Bagel customers who walk out the store.”
“So first off my visit was coincidental as I was actually in the building for a work event. For those of you like me visiting the NIH campus or if you work there it's in building 31. To the left of the front entrance. It's a full service branch so they can accommodate your teller transactions as well as any other services that might require an in person visit to a branch. The staff was friendly and helpful overall. And was in and out quickly. I'd give it 5 stars but if you're not an NIH employee there's a whole security screening similar to the airport you have to go through just to get on the campus proper.”

“I think most of the negative reviews here are for HSBC, which Citizens acquired. I've also had less than stellar experiences with HSBC and can relate to those reviews. I'm surprised that Citizens inherited all the reviews from HSBC because the HSBC reviews are no longer relevant. I went into the branch today and had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.”
