“As a resident of Leisure World, I'm very happy that we have our own on-campus credit union. I normally use their ATM. On the occasions I used their office, the customer service was prompt, professional, and very accommodating. Many customers at this location are elderly with special needs — the staff goes out of their way to respond to all requests.My only concern at this point is that Leisure World is building a new Admin building and I hope Signal Financial FCU will continue to have a location in the new facility.”

“Our experience with NIH Credit Union so far has been nothing but positive. We only wish they had more branches! We want to give a shout out specially to Rockville Branch manager Anna Cardenas, who was so extraordinarily helpful to us this week in dealing with a bunch of paperwork and account updates we needed to get done. She was professional but friendly and personable, and had lots of patience as well! We also do wish, though, that NIH Credit Unions would reinstate masking policies, especially in this time of COVID and FLU surge.”
