It is a smoke-free community that is very clean, safe, organized, and well-maintained. The location is next to Northgate Park. The apartments feature concrete floors for little to no noise, and units offer a great deal with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and in-suite washer and dryers. There are spacious balconies and a lovely courtyard. The community is noted as a great place for those with children, featuring a large leisure area identified as a 'campo' and a swimming pool that is very well looked after and safe in the summer. Residents love the activities offered. The neighbors are very friendly. Customer service is number one. The rental office staff are cheerful, friendly, attentive, courteous, efficient, and caring, providing exceptional customer service. The maintenance team is quick and responsive, resolving requests with agility, efficiency, and cordiality, often within hours. Management is also very reasonable with annual rent increases. Residents highly recommend Northgate Apartments.
