Macy's, 11160 Veirs Mill Rd Entrance on, Mall Ring Rd near, Silver Spring MD 20902
“I visited the DHL office in Wheaton this week where Danna was on duty. She was the only person attending to customers. She greeted me as I walked in and asked me some questions while the customer before me was filling out a form. She switched to the customer before me when she finished filling out the form and finalized the order, then it was my turn. She was not wasting any time by continuously communicating and entering data and asking necessary information to finalize the order. She was patient with us and very pleasant with her approach to smooth out the communication and get the work done. It is refreshing to be welcomed with full energy, a smile, and a positive attitude. Thank you Danna.”

“Representatives went above and beyond that, in order to custom package my delicate item for delivery. They even stayed a little beyond closing to secure the package. Even the pickup driver was more than gracious and waited. #UPSBELPRE! They EACH deserve a raise. Will return there again and again and again….!!!”

“All four of the staff working when I came in this morning, Joshua, Chenghao, Quentin, and Christiana, were super attentive, helpful, and responsive. I brought in two bankers boxes of documents to shred and two boxes of heavy, valuable items to package securely and ship cross-country. They asked the right questions, gave me transparent pricing up front and got my okay before proceeding, and securely packaged the items in one box to minimize shipping costs - while I waited. I was in and out within fifteen minutes, and I saw the package in front of me, so I didn't have to hope that they had done a good job. They even recycled my empty cardboard boxes for me when I was done.”

“Jason S is phenomenal! Once I shared the document I was interested in printed, he talked me through which type and size of poster board would be best. Given the timeliness of this order, he provided recommendations and completed my order within 15 minutes. I was so impressed by his service! Give him a raise! “Heyy! I'm probably not supposed to double review like this but I just HAVE to give Ivan some more props! I picked up my order a few days ago and I am just so compelled to say again Ivan is absolutely wonderful. My son was with me picking up the order and even though he is so shy he managed to muster up the courage to tell Ivan to have a great day. And we all know kids have a good sense of people ❤ the order was perfect, exactly what I needed. No flaws. And he is very quick to multity task. Ran over to check us out right away before returning promptly to the other customers. Such fast and wonderful service. Ivan has made a life long customer out of me. Please make sure he knows that!”

“Habib, with a background in graphic design, was exceptionally helpful and patient in assessing, resizing, printing, and reprinting numerous art prints for me until I got exactly what I wanted- despite coming in without a full fledged plan. I've had nothing but positive experiences each time I've come to this location, and doing an involved print job here was no exception.”
