“The customer service is usually good here with nice selections. Today I was service by Angel (supervisor/manager). She was very professional and personable with excellent customer service. She went over and beyond to help me with an exchange for a smaller size that was not available. It made all the difference in my shopping experience. The guy there that managed the floor does a great job keeping everything sorted and organized. He’s also very helpful. Wish all the rainbow stores can follow suit. Thank you for the warm welcome Angel. I appreciate your time, energy and efforts.”
“Great shopping experience! The gentleman who helped me, greeted me upon entrance and was patient and honest as I tried on different pairs of shoes. You receive one of each pair of shoes to try on. This may be a store wide policy or practice, not sure since I usually shop online. Overall, a five star experience. ?”

He got me measured so that I could find the best fitting sandals and even convinced me to sign up for a new comfort one program just by how courteous he was. I'm definitely coming back to this store.”
