Great shopping experience at the store. The gentleman who helped greeted the entrance and was patient and honest as you tried different pairs of shoes. You receive one each pair to try. The best place to buy sneakers and more, with top customer service. The manager is super professional and kind. Great customer service; the staff was very friendly from the time came in the store until left. The two young gentlemen greeting the whole family with smiles were knowledgeable and attentive. All around terrific dudes. Overall a five star experience and the best customer service gotten.

They DO NOT answer the phone! I placed an order for in-store pickup for a pair of shoes that showed as in stock, but I couldn’t get an update online or reach anyone by phone. Ended up just canceling the order and going elsewhere. I guess I should’ve checked their reviews before patronizing them.

The customer service is terrible. I thought the salesperson was just having a bad day the last time I visited, but she has the exact same attitude. I’ve visited other stores, and customer service in the USA simply doesn't compare to hers.

Poor service lady from this location needs to be droped i think she the manager too sad attitude problem and not helpful rude ..seen her in other location too I stay away from people like that and business as a customer dont go to this location
