“Great shop! Knowledgeable mechanics, fair prices and honest. There are very few shops that I feel comfortable referring my customers to and this is one of them. I would like to address one of the reviews that complains that Eddies wouldn’t replace only 2 tires on an AWD. That customer should be grateful that these mechanics were knowledgeable enough to refuse. I’ve seen too many tire shops replace 1-2 tires and then the vehicle ends up in a transmission shop like mine needing 1000s of dollars in AWD and transmission repairs. Any difference in tread or wear WILL damage a vehicle. So if the customer didn’t have the money to replace 4 tires they absolutely wouldn’t have the money to spend thousands on major repairs caused by mismatched tires. That review shows that this is an honest and knowledgeable shop. Many places just take the money and let the customer deal with the fallout. But Eddies did the right thing and then got bashed for it. No good deed goes unpunished, I guess. It’s extremely rare these days to find reputable, hard-working and honest people, this shop is a gem!”
“We drove our car to Swope’s at 8am on a Fri. morning with a prayer that maybe they could address a last-minute brake issue before our beach trip on Sun. No promises were made as we did not have an appt. Swope’s was able to have our car fixed up by 4pm that same day! I will definitely continue to use them for routine maintenance. Thank you so much!!!”

“A wonderful experience here at pope tire, they allowed me to purchase my own part needed to fix my truck and to be delivered there as well. They allowed my truck to be towed there and to sit in the lot for days while I went on the search for the part I needed. They fixed it in a very timely fashion of only a few hours which was great for the fix that was needed. The ladies at the front desk one being Shaun was super kind, helpful and informative with me my whole experience. They made very well sure that I was professionally taken care of and informed of every step of the process. I wish I could give them a 10 star review because they deserve it!!!”

“Road trip, early am stop due car sudden vibration on road. Someone was there and was very kind to look at the car right away as our kids were with us. Turns out lug nuts on back tires weren't torqued on both rear tires after a recent service and one rear tire was about to fall off. Fortunately we were close to tires plus. Jeff and team swiftly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got us on the road again. Fortunately everything caught in time!”

“I was visiting the area when my engine light came on and all of the safety features disabled on my 2020 Subaru Outback. They were kind enough to look at my car and quickly identified that the thermo control valve was failing. There was no way they could fix it as their schedule was full and it was a holiday weekend. But they evaluated the integrity of the car to determine whether it was safe enough for me to make the 2-hour drive back home. They were very accommodating, they provided expert service, and eased my mind enough to get home. If I lived closer, they would be my dealership of choice!”
