The team at the front desk couldn't be nicer - they got us checked in quickly, made sure we had somewhere comfortable to sit, offered coffee, and, most impressively, offered our dog soft bedding so he could lie down off the hard and cold floor. You can tell they care about animals. The clinical staff were all super pleasant and very engaging. This is the second time we've had to do an urgent care visit and both times have been fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Things started off a bit slow--it took a while to get greeted and get our initial drinks started--but our server was fantastic. They apologized for the delay and went above and beyond for the rest of the meal to make sure we were taken care of.

The Pier Restaurant (Solomons Island, MD)
14575 Solomons Island Rd S, SolomonsOn Saturday March 21, the weather was nice and we decided to take a ride out to a part of Maryland we never been. We started our nice little day trip with an exciting planned destination to experience Solomons island. Once we arrived we really werent sure how big or small the attractions were, so we kinda just drove to the end road and parked. Then we walked ....and walked...lol. Not a whole lot there that we saw but the scenery was cool. The water, the atmosphere and everything seem to come with a small peace of tranquility... until loud motorcycles would drive by. I feel like there was a bike show somewhere that we didnt know about lol. We passed a few places to eat and drink. Some type of tiki bar, pizza place, ice cream but the most that we encountered was just a a nice place to walk and enjoy the day....or should I say an hour or two. I think our whole time there was only about 2 hours. We only saw one store and it was closed. I guess we kinda thought we would encounter shops like on a boardwalk. We decided to eat at The Pier restaurant . There wasnt any significant decision making being made on where to eat....there werent that many options. It was about 4:30 and time to eat lol. We checked in at The Pier and was told we would may be waiting 30 - 40 mins... but they called us in at like maybe 15 mins.
The place was clean and nice. The views were sweet. Riley was our server. She was polite and efficient. The food came out quick. It was steaming hot...and once it cooled a little...very delicious. My girl got a blackened shrimp dinner with broccoli and a salad I got a crab imperial dinner with fries and broccoli. Everything was damn good. The crab imperial and blackened shrimp was right on point. The total was $86 with tax but my crab imperial was like 46 of it. I believe the shrimp meal was 26 and the drinks were about 5 each.
Im rating The Peir at Solomons Island a 5 out of 5 stars. No complaints at all with the food, the service, the wait or the atmosphere. If it wasnt such a long drive to get there we would definitely go back.
