9214 Boyds Turn Rd, OwingsCountryside Kennels is an amazing place to take your dog(s) for boarding, doggie daycare, and grooming. They have an in-ground pool shaped like a dog bone. I've been going there for 3 years, and my dog, Zeusy LOVES doggie daycare. I adopted Zeusy two years ago, and Countryside plays a huge part in his happiness. Knowing their staff is awesome and very attentive, I never worry about his safety. They post pictures and videos of the dogs playing every day on their Facebook, and that's always fun to look at.

1751 Horace Ward Rd, OwingsWhen I saw that this place was offering Indian food I was a little bit skeptical, but decided to give it a try. Ordered chicken tandoori, palak paneer, and garlic naan. The food is actually amazing - as good or better than well established restaurants in DC. Ignore the dive bar atmosphere, and enjoy the food!
