“I've been going here for many years. Dr Pilkerton is my main vet now and is really excellent. I love the new VCA Care Access Plan which allows me to pay $20 per month and then not have to pay the large exam fees whenever my seniors have to come in - which is quite often. All of the staff are very efficient and caring. Worth the drive over the bridge for me. : )”

The front desk staff was very friendly and the vet tech explained everything she was going to do BEFORE she did it, how much it was going to cost and how long the procedure would take. “We had to bring our dog in for urgent care today. From the moment I called, they were very friendly and got us in quickly. The team at the front desk couldn't be nicer - they got us checked in quickly, made sure we had somewhere comfortable to sit, offered coffee, and, most impressively, offered our dog soft bedding so he could lie down off the hard and cold floor. You can tell they care about animals. The clinical staff were all super pleasant and very engaging. This is the second time we've had to do an urgent care visit and both times have been fantastic. I highly recommend them.”
