“I truly enjoyed my time living here. One of the best parts of living in this community was the beautiful dam surrounded by the trees. I loved spending time there watching the wildlife, it was peaceful, relaxing, and one of my favorite places to unwind after a long day.

Nikki, the property manager was always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. She always made me feel heard, and I really appreciated how much she cared about the residents. Donte, the maintenance technician was also excellent, he responded quickly to requests and always made sure everything was taken care of.

While every apartment community has room for improvement, my overall experience was very positive. I appreciate the kindness, responsiveness, and beautiful natural setting that made my time here so enjoyable. Thank you both so very much.”

“I’m in immediate need of a new apartment and upon calling Saddle Brooke, Jess has been super helpful from the time that we spoke on the phone, to meeting her in person and touring. She told me everything that I needed to know and has been very helpful and extremely nice throughout this process, making it very easy to want to live here! I have been experiencing bad customer service prior but I will definitely recommend this place, even if it’s just based on the excellent customer service experience. “Deb is the greatest concierge ever she needs to have a raise. She has been very helpful with my moving in back in August until now. Her ability to problem solve resident needs on the spot has been evident and she is quick to respond when needed. She does not panic under pressure, and delivers excellent service for every resident here.

The Palisades at Towson have excellent service, great community, and well built apartments. Would highly recommend.”

“This is a great place to live! Yes, there a few people who have had a rough time here i know, but you will not find a better property management team than at The Apartments at Saddle Brooke. These folks really care about their tenants and try to resolve problems as quickly as possible. I believe you will not find a better place to rent an apartment in Cockeysville.”

“I lived here for over 2yrs and hated to leave but had to due a persona issue. The property manager, Kim was always helpful and proactive and very accommodating and went above and beyond. Leona was always pleasant tried to help. The staff was always pleasant and eager to help. They were felt like family. Ms. Debbie knew all of the dogs in the complex by name and loved giving my dog treats when seeing her on walks. Maintenance always responded in a timely fashion and job were completed to satisfaction. Management always communicated any issues that came about and I always felt safe. Th neighbors were nice as well. I highly recommend this community and the Management. Kim alone gets 10 stars for her customer service alone!”

“Mary has been a pleasure to work with. We had a horrible event happen to us several weeks before moving in and had to change the apartment we were originally going for to something more affordable. She was so accommodating and understanding. She made what was already a difficult time for the family, much easier in working things through with the application process. “I have lived in multiple locations since moving to Maryland and I must say, this apartment complex has been the best by far. They have always made sure the little things are covered, as well as the overarching experience. Almost every morning during the summer and fall hours they will bring in lawn care services to make sure the grass is cut, branches are picked up, and flowers are freshened up. Maintenance walks around in the morning to pick up trash and walk the grounds while cleaners come to freshen up the stairwells in the apartments. Lastly, it is a heavily family friendly environment. There is only one entrance/exit to the complex and stop signs at every intersection which means that a lot of times I'll see kids riding their bikes in the neighborhood or playing with other kids in the complex. Its heart warming to see! Not only that, but there is also a school bus stop at the complex which makes it easy for parents. I'm not sure how normal that is in the county but kids will line up at the entrance to wait for the bus to come along. Lastly, anytime someone would need to step into our apartment we were warned with plenty of time and in multiple ways whether that be the staff walking to every apartment and leaving a physical notice on every door or sending out multiple emails. My husband and I will be living in our apartment for almost two years and yes, there have been issues but there will always be issues its how an apartment complex responds to the issues that matter the most. There will always be room for improvement, like a few issues here and there with the physical aspect of our apartment or miscommunication between the head office and the local office. But things have always been resolved in a timely manner. All in all I have had a really good experience with Hampton Manor and hope to spend a few more years here.”

“Just did a tour of the 2 bedroom with a balcony over here. It is BEAUTIFUL! So much space and renovated appliances! And an ISLAND! So so nice! Megan, the leasing agent there, was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! And I could fill my application out by email since I had to go somewhere afterwards. Overall GREAT experience in the office! Highly recommend!”

“We spent 12 wonderful months at Eudowood Towers Apartments and had a great experience. We moved here from Cromwell Valley Apartments due to constant noise from upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Despite leaving our previous apartment spotless, they withheld our entire security deposit, citing a $1,200 charge for electric stove plates that were in good condition. In contrast, Eudowood Towers was a pleasure to live in, and we received our full security deposit back. Highly recommend!”

“I have lived at Steeplechase apartments for almost 3 years now. By far this is the best apartment building I’ve lived at. I love the balcony and the washer and dryer that comes with the apartments, especially since my previous apartment didn’t have a balcony or washer and dryer. The staff at the rental office are always professional and very helpful. Ivan the manager, has always assisted me with whatever I needed. He really works with his residents. This community is very quiet and clean and we never really have any major safety issues. And as far as maintenance for my experience, I never had any issues and things were fixed within one or two days. I am completely satisfied with this community and my stay at Steeplechase Apartments. So if you’re looking for a place to move, come join Steeplechase Apartments.”
