“I reached out to Dirt Busters after getting a sub-par premium car detailing there (they missed the center console). I was worried that they wouldn't care and/or that I'd be lucky to even hear back. But they replied and apologized. They even offered to make things right by giving me one premium detailing on them. I was pleasantly surprised and was relieved that they didn't try to gaslight me like some business owners try to do when they receive negative feedback. I went back and they did a super job.
