“So this is my favorite Dollar Tree in the area, they are usually always fully stocked. Lately the lines have been extremely long could be staffing issues. But the only reason I am writing a review is because of Tamika. If you go there in the morning you will be greeted by her warmth and care. Even though the line was long this morning, once I realized she was the cashier, my attitude subsided ?. She always takes care of the customer, she should teach classes about customer service”

“First and foremost, this location sells liquor at unbeatable prices. There’s a wide selection of large format bottles and some specialty ones that are standard sizes. Even the Kirkland irish cream at this location is different than the VA store as it’s in a glass bottle and higher alcohol content.They also have 2% milk at this location. I see 1% and whole milk at other stores but never 2%.Parking is horrible. I can never get out of the parking lot without a wait. There’s never enough spaces to park in. Just a big mess. This is the only reason why I took one star off. Otherwise, this is a five star store.”

“The other day March 23, 2024 I gone to pickup my uniform and found the ropes and 1 line formed and a sign that say where to enter. Excellent! This way it will keep the confusion down. And I found a bag attached to my uniform when I got home. They found my bracelet in my pocket and bagged it for me. I had joy in my spirit. If there was a way I would tip the individual for an excellent job. Thank you Zip for excellent and professional and friendly environment. Thank you.”

“This store location is like most Family Dollar stores I’ve visited. They have smaller sized packages that are usually sold for cheaper prices. The store generally has a sale section and seasonal aisle as well as other novelty items when you walk in. There is a good selection to choose from. When I went recently, there were kids clothes on sale for $1. Originally they were $10. The same for some workout shirts in adult sizes. Overall when I need to find something quick and want to get in and out of a store fast this is a good place to stop before or after going to work. One thing that can improve is the cleanliness of the store. It could definitely use a good wax and buffer of the floors and overall deep clean. Also be careful with some of the packaged foods as the dates and be close to expiration.”

“I went to the dollar tree a couple Saturdays ago and I have a horrible experience with this big lady at the check out. SO I decide to start purchasing my stuff online and pick up the store to avoid any confrontations with Coupons and holding lines are the store. “Had a great time shopping here with my kids today. The stores very organized and priced properly, so I don't have to wonder what cost what. They also have clerence racks that's change up so I always look for the savings first. The cashier was very friendly even bagged my food items and cleaning things separate. I really appreciate that showed she cared about my products helped a lot when I got home too. I wish I had gotten her name but I greatly appreciated her patience with me and all my kids. This store will now be my new favorite family dollar.”

“I honestly have 0 complaints about the staff that works there currently, HOWEVER the “powers that be” over the store manager should feel ashamed. The higher ups should come in on a day where it’s a busy truck day to see why product gets out slower than normal.The age limit is already 21 and Maryland already underpays for minimum wage. The problem is not the location or the employees. The PROBLEM IS ANYONE other than the hiring manager(they can only do but so much!). The higher ups need to come in to make some changes, SERIOUSLY.I love coming to this location because they have everything a person could need, but how could anyone stay if there if a lack of staff and funds? If you all need employees, then think about getting rid of nicotine items. It’s a lot of kids that need jobs. Plus in the Oxon Hill area you can buy nicotine within a mile away from the next spot.Sorry if I came off mean, but ahout out to ALL the workers at the Oxon Hill location, the one near Oxon Hill High School!
