ASM Marlon, CXM Sam and ASM Jamie are Phenomenal, they all go out of their way to help you and make sure you leave happy. ASM Jamie should be Promoted to Store Manager, that Girl knows her stuff, she is always very Polite, Happy and my Gawd she works her tail off and takes care of the Customers and her associates. CXM Sam goes above and beyond as well for his customers and Associates, he like ASM Jamie, will stay way past their scheduled shifts to help their customers and Associates. ASM is a hard worker, always has a great attitude and will do anything and everything it takes to take care of his customers and associates. ASM Shawn has an Attitude problem and will chew and cuss out department supervisors and associates while they are on the floor.”

When I first called about getting a new fridge, they told me delivery would be over a week out… then possibly Monday. I mentioned to the young lady on the phone (wish I could remember her name!) that I was heading out on a men’s retreat for the weekend and didn’t want to leave my wife without a fridge.

About 30 minutes later, she called me back and said she shared my situation with the owner. And get this, within THREE hours, I had a brand-new fridge sitting in my kitchen. That’s the kind of customer service you just don’t see every day.
