“Never been to a Highs before was a neat mix of a classic diner and an convince gas station. Chicken was good, wedges were good, my breakfast bowl was loaded up good, ice cream selection reminded me of a classic dinner corner store. Staff was very nice at this location. It was just by chance that we stopped by, but this was a pretty cool detour we took and this was a nice suprise.”

“Fantastic 24 hour spot for food, beverages, gas, air in tires, etc.
This place is my quick go to anytime I need something. It's super close, safe, well lit, and stays crowded. This place stays crowded indoors and out!!
The hot food area stays packed. It's not because the workers aren't hustling, they are just that busy moving customers, while new ones are walking up.
I love how they continue to update their food options by bringing in new cuisines of food, as well as more options.
This place has been a neighborhood gem since it was built roughly 15 years ago.

“I was visiting in Maryland and had a nostalgic moment seeing the 7-Eleven! Used to visit the stores all the time as a kid and unfortunately they don't have any in Kentucky. The outside wasn't too bad at all and the time that we went (late afternoon on a weekday), there was enough parking. I did not go inside and can only share comments on my slurpee. It was AMAZING! Maybe it was because I had not had one in years but it did what it was suppose to do! I got the mango lemonade and would highlight recommend it! Had just the right amount of "freeze" to it that my body responded with several brain freezes lol! If you need a tasty treat to cool you down, swing by this 7-Eleven! #WorthyNotes”

“Made and purchased 3 wall calendars for Christmas gifts. The pictures came out very nicely on them and the family appreciated receiving them. It was only after all gifts were sent that it was noticed the calendars did not have holes punched in to hang and the binding was too small to actually move the pages from one month to the other. Had to ask my family to punch their own holes in the hopes they would be even and not go through pictures (they wouldn't have in the display I looked over before ordering). Also, family will have to rip off months after using as the pages cannot be fully opened. Disappointed this was not caught by the photo staff prior to sending them out for paid delivery.”

“This 7-Eleven location is probably the best I’ve ever been to - others in the area don’t compare. So much so, I try to stop by a few times a week on my way to work. The coffee is always fresh, the shelves are always stocked, and there’s always fresh donuts in a morning. The staff have been incredibly friendly to me, and being new to the area it makes me feel welcomed.
I joined the 7-Eleven Gold Pass purely based on how this store is. Thank you, you guys are crushing it and I appreciate you! Keep up the great work.”
“Im honestly surprised how low the rating is. They didn't have what I came for (tic-tacs), but the cashier gave me an alternative that worked much better for what I wanted. The prices were also relatively cheap, and the customer service was great too.”

“Really caring pharmacy techs. I came at the end of the day when I was about to run out of a prescription. The tech went out of her way to help me out, staying past her shift. It was such a huge stress relief for me and I'm really grateful to her. I only wish I'd seen that the service survey is only good for 3 days so that she could get a more direct compliment.”
“I'm not entirely sure about the low reviews with customer service it appears they fired all the people that caused the bad reviews cause today both the lady and gentleman behind the counter couldn't have been greater they had a supply issue with the hurricane ice creams and couldn't make it which isn't on them I ordered just a regular 3 scoops of ice-cream and they were super apologetic I had a great experience and a nice brief conversation with them couldn't ask for better people 5 stars all around for these 2 cause they don't get paid enough to be this nice”

“This is where I get prints made of my photos. They turn out very well. I mostly get prints of nature photos, mostly 8x10 but sometimes 16x20. I’m pretty sure they are dye sublimation prints so should be archival (something like 65 years, not 10,000 years, but I can’t say for sure). The people that handle the photo printing have always taken good care of me there.”
