“Don’t look any where else for transmission work. Transmission went out on our 2017 Escape. Called a few places and this place was the most reasonable in the Baltimore metro area. When I called in for a quote, the guy I spoke to (think it was the shop owner) knew the exact transmission in the vehicle, a 6F35. This made me feel warm and fuzzy inside because it provided some assurance they know their stuff and know what they’re doing. We don’t live in the area but they were super patient with us while we figured things out. The vehicle drives like a dream again. A big thanks to you folks at Whitcraft!! Don’t go anywhere else!!”
