“I had my car at another shop (hit a deer) and they were unable to find a rental car for me over the holiday weekend. My insurance company hooked me up with Hertz rental at this location and actually booked me a rental but the Hertz location there was closed. The very nice gentleman that I spoke to at the collision center (Tom, or John, not sure which) took the time out of his day to locate a rental car for me, and I wasn't even his customer. I can't vouch for their repairs but if they give that kind of service to a total stranger over the phone, they are #1 in my book for customer service! Thank you thank you! You saved my Thanksgiving!”

“Went to " the hitch man" search for a utility trailer that was advertised on facebook. There were several on the lot that met my needs, Shawn was having a busy day but never made me feel rushed. I paid for the trailer and came back the following Monday, when I arrived the modification I had requested was complete and the trailer was on the lot positioned for pick-up. It just doesn't get any better than that. If you need a trailer or hitch work done I would recommend checking them out.”
