“I needed a rear for my rollback, I called and talked to Mike Friday after lunch and they had the rear pulled for me ready to be picked up before they closed the same day. He was super friendly and very accommodating. When I showed up they loaded it in my truck with a forklift, took payment, and had me a receipt and out all within 10 minutes. I’d highly reccomend this place to anyone needing parts”

“I went to Chris due to some substantial damage to my hood, bumper and front wheel and when I say, I will never regret it…I mean it. His work leaves your car looking brand new and not only is his workmanship spectacular, he is genuinely a lovely person to engage with. He was also extremely helpful when it came to talking to the insurance company and helped me get a rental sorted. The cherry on top is that he made sure my car was washed before I picked it up. He’s truly a Godsent angel, don’t hesitate to trust him with your car.”
“Employees seemed nice but product selection pertaining changing my oil we're barely better than Walmart but at higher prices. I would still go here over Walmart because I know the employees aren't going to let open oil containers and used oil filters on the floor.”
“My engine blew up and I took my car to iag performance. I would recommend using their products. I dealt with adam kennedy. Him and Dewey are amazing at building subarus. I didnt understand subaru builds at the time. There was communication issues. Mainly on my part cuz I didnt know what I wanted. Didnt know anything about turbo cars. I do now. Been buying parts to get to where I need and iag still helps with advice for my build even though its been 5 years. Slowly but surely. “I've probably bought a half dozen cars here over the last 20 years. I've always felt treated fairly and respectfully; service has been fairly priced and competent. Mary Anne in new car sales is a consummate pro. That said, there certainly is a lot to despise about the care dealership industry. The industry's reputation for trickery and deception is legendary. Everything is an upsell and if you know that, you won't be surprised or frstrated when they spin that stuff out on you. They can't help themselves - its what they do. So is Koons Toyota a perfect business - no. No car dealership can be - its inrinsic to that industry. But a savvy consumer will be well-treated and sold quality good and services at a competitive price. Maybe not the cheapest price - but be honest - sometimes you win the battle and lose the war by storming out over $200 or something. The industry will get you somehow - it just does.”
