I had a unit that I inherited from a prior owner (did not buy it at Bruno’s ) that seemed to be having trouble . I was adamant I needed a replacement but they walked me through trouble shooting and i was able to keep the unit running . Very classy to do what’s best for the customer . Great guys”

“Malik arrived with the replacement door to our refrigerator at 8:30 am on Feb 23 right after the nor’easter. He carried the door up our long driveway in the path my husband plowed out for him. He replaced the original door with the new one.
No snow day for him! Terrific service!!”
“These guys are the best! I brought a Dyson DC15 into them that would not power on. It turns out the power cord was bad which they replaced. It had another weird issue where the beater brush would not engage when the power button was depressed. Guy who is the owner figured out that one of the power switches that controls the brushes was wrong. The Dyson schematic for this had the wrong part number listed. He replaced that switch with a momentary switch and now the vacuum works perfect. They are very fair with their pricing and they stand behind their work. They also explain things to you first before doing any repairs. Highly recommend them.”

“if you are looking for a place to buy appliances new and used but don't want to pay full price, shop here. They have all the major name brands but the appliances are marked down because they have minor defects. I am so happy I was able to find a 3 piece mathing set of CAFE' appliances here for my kitchen. I am very happy with the cost, the installation went well and I am now enjoying my new appliances.”

“John was great. He let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and the cost of the repair. Unfortunately the repair cost was more than the machine cost and I opted not to get it repaired. I did have to pay the $129 service call fee which was okay as the tech did have time and travel costs. I will definitely use Sears in the future”

I purchased a bathroom vanity, Wyndham Collection WCF2929-60D-VCA-M58 with Carrara Cultured Marble Top. It only comes with one side splash but my project needs two. I didn’t want to errantly order the wrong item so I went directly to their customer service, online, and spoke to a representative. He looked at my order and provided me with a direct link to purchase the Avanity SUT22-SS in Carrara White. Upon arrival, discovered it was too dark and too thick in comparison to the Wyndham version. Called and spoke to another representative to process the return label, yet I am penalized and pay the shipping fees from their error? He also said his colleague would give me a call the following day after 2 pm to coordinate ordering the correct piece and that never occurred. Not to mention the time & cost of my contractor that was working the project, who’s now on hold until Ferguson can hold their inventory & customer service accountable.Very disappointed.”

“I couldn’t afford a new expensive washer and dryer. So I checked Facebook marketplace, ReStore, and other used appliance stores near me. I was a little worried about the location on Eastern Blvd. I wondered if delivery would be expensive and would the used machines work? Ultimately, I paid 550.00 for a Samsung washer and dryer (this included delivery). Bought it on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday as promised. They took away the broken machines AND installed the new ones. The men were quick and courteous. I have high hopes these machines will last for a couple of years.”

“This is a really nice Home Depot. It's much bigger than the one to the south, which is where I usually go. Excellent selection of lumber and power tools. The store is on the larger side too which makes the displays a little bit more roomy. Lines were fine. I got what I wanted and was in and out in only a few minutes.”
“I have purchased 3 refrigerators 2 stoves 2 washing machine dryer sets and 4 mattresses from AAA Appliance. I have also had this company do repairs on items I did not purchase from them. I have no complaints. Sure there were times that one of the items malfunctioned but I also realize that I am not buying brand new appliances so its to be expected. What I did appreciate is the prompt service that was given to immediate (at no additional cost) fix the issue. Which in my case was a minor problem with the oven of one of my stove. I will continue to use this company as I have for over 6 years.”

“I recently left a bad 1 star review because this arrons sucked, but then they hired a new sales manager named Meka who's been helping me. I'm telling all yall who has had bad experiences, go to her. She is going to turn the reputation of this store around, mark my words! She has been so helpful, kind, and most importantly honest! The last team had me paying on an arcade game that's not gonna even be there any time in the foreseeable future! She immediately refunded my money and I'd helping me get something I actually want. Under her leadership, this store is about to change! I'd bet money on it!”
