“I was previously with rich Morton Mazda when I had my 2016 Mazda 6, but I wanted a dealership that was a little closer since I live in Catonsville. I went to Catonsville Mazda first since it's a mile from my house, but I waited around for over an hour for a sales person and they all just walked past me. So I went down the road to Heritage Mazda. I was greeted almost immediately by Mrs. Paulette! We sat down and she took me out in a Mazda 6 carbon. I fell in love and needed that car! It was late at night when I got there since I wasted so much time at Catonsville. But she had me in and out pretty quick. They also got me a really great deal on my trade in and maintenance plan! I've been with Heritage Mazda Towson for almost year and have loved every second of it! I love how you get a video on every maintenance as they walk you through what they did with your vehicle while it was with them, it's a nice comfort to see how thorough they are. Give them a chance and if you have the opportunity to have Paulette as your sales advisor or Gabe as your service advisor you'll be more than happy with your experience!!!”
