“I contacted Ed and Jim's body shop this pass Friday to get a cost estimate to have some damage repaired to the hood of my Volvo , their tech JJ met with me and I explained that the hood of my car was damaged from by debris that fell off of a truck on 295. After JJ inspected the damage he asked me to have a seat in their reception area. When JJ came back, I could not believe my eyes the scratches were gone and only a small dent remained ! (Wow!) I could not believe it!!! JJ is the Best he made my day! I have had a lot of bad service the year! But JJ ( you are the best and Ed and Jim are lucky to have you as a team member)”

“Great experience with the Heritage Body Shop team. I was in an accident a little over a month ago and unfortunately, the insurance company made it very difficult to get the estimates approved for repair.
Jim kept me informed every step of the way and fought for the repairs needed to make sure my vehicle was repaired the right away. Denise was also wonderful at check in and check out - prepared for any question that I had and super friendly.
My car looks great -- repairs AND the inside as they detailed it before I picked up as well. I hope to not need to return to the body shop in the future, but will certainly be bringing my vehicle back if I have to!”

Scott was completely transparent about the pricing, the products, and their process. I dropped off my vehicle for the day, and Nick contacted me when it was ready.
