“This place is amazing. I needed new wiper blades and first went to an Advance Auto Parts location near me. There was one person working there, and I was, for the most part, completely ignored, except for when I initially came in and he looked up what size wiper blades I need and ended up TELLING ME THE WRONG SIZE (I found out later). Then I stood in the aisle, looking at all the different kinds of wiper blades, and he never once came to help me. Then he tried to hurry me up, saying they were closing soon, when there was still a half hour to go before they closed. I walked out. I decided to spend my money somewhere where my business would actually be appreciated.So a few days later, I ended up at AutoZone in Towson. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by multiple employees, including the regional (I think) manager. Someone quickly looked up what I needed, made a recommendation on what brand and type to purchase, and then after I bought them, they came out and put the new blades on my car for me and disposed of the old ones.They made my day. The difference in customer service experience between the two stores was like night and day. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, AutoZone! I will be back soon.”
