“Ilana is such an asset to Michael’s! She has a great personality and was exceedingly helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Justin was also great. He was very patient with me when I was checking out. He was of good humor and very professional.”

“It was a short visit but the staff here were kind and helpful with my inquiry and purchase. No unnecessary sales pick or off topic distracted conversation. Overall good quality.”
