“I was looking for a place to develop some disposable cameras so I thought I'd try this Walgreens location, conveniently located on York Road. When I approached the photo department counter, no one was there. I found a manager who escorted me back to the photo counter and explained how to leave the cameras for development. The collection box was overflowing with orders which made me uncomfortable, but this guy seemed confident that my order would get completed. Great customer service here...........and hopefully my photos aren't lost. Haha”

“After stupidly not having a mammogram for several years, I scheduled one with Kaiser. I got my results within AN HOUR and there were some suspicious signs. I needed to provide a copy of my last mammogram for comparison and my former (non Kaiser) doctor had no record of it. I finally tracked it down by calling different radiological services in the area and when I hand delivered the files the following day, the receptionist at Kaiser gestured for me to sit and wait. They had the radiologist compare the two mammograms within 15 minutes and then got me in immediately for a diagnostic mammogram. I waited another 15 minutes and then met with the radiologist who told me I had nothing to worry about. He asked me if I wanted the long or short version of my situation and I said long since I knew I would do my own google research and probably get bad information. He very carefully explained my situation, why they had needed to follow up, and why there was no cause for concern. I have never had a doctor take that much time with me. All the staff (receptionists, radiological technicians, radiologist) were incredibly kind, sympathetic, competent. And all this (one of the worst health scares I've had) took place in just over 24 hrs”

“This pharmacy is great! They are so fast with filling my prescriptions. The head pharmacist even remembers me when I come in. It feels a little bit like the olden days. My boys have ADHD and this pharmacy always has their meds in stock. Most often they fill the scrips while I wait.”
