At a time when so many prescriptions require prior authorization and other insurance “hurdles”, the Well-RX staff make it their business to make that process as painless as possible for the customer. It is very easy to talk to a real human being and on the occasions that I have had to leave a message, they have contacted me within four hours. I highly recommend this pharmacy.”
“The store has the foods I need with a good selection of organic and natural foods. The produce and vegetables are excellent. Most of the staff members are helpful, kind, and polite, and Ms. Linda the cashier is always a delight to talk to! The food has gotten pricier over time, but that's pretty common these days.
I'm only taking a star off due to a different cashier, Faith, who didn't greet me, was muttering under her breath about how she can't wait to go home, and kept slamming my items on the scanner. She was playing gospel music on her phone and told me to have a nice Easter (I appreciate the thought but I am visibly not Christian). Normally I would chalk this up to her having a bad day and let it go, but it's not the first time she's acted this way or done this with the things I'm buying. I'll still come back to this store in the future, but she has soured my experience multiple times and I'm going to do my best to avoid her.”
“Amazing pharmacy! They really know their clients and make sure you get the most savings on your prescriptions! I switched and made them my primary pharmacy this year and I’m so happy with my decision. They are able to fill prescriptions will barely any wait time.Staff is really nice and super helpful. 10/10 recommend them!”
“I left this pharmacy almost a year ago and switched back in August. I had a bad experience last time, but they made up for it today. They had erased all my info from I didn't have my insurance card, and it took so long to fill my scripts from that morning that it was after hours- too late for me to get my insurance info so I had to wait until the next day. The next day I gave my info but they needed ID to let me pickup (even though the same clerk was going to give them to my girlfriend with no ID the day before) so I told them I had to bring it right back, my gf was at customerservicew/my wallet. They said okay but ~1 minutes later they had closed for break and never told me, or i would've called her to bring it to me. I am glad I waited before leaving a bad review, though. Although I did spend over 40 minutes on hold, they went out of their way and special-ordered a different brand of one of my meds bc last month's didn't work the same. They are very busy, so expect to spend some time in line or on hold, but it's worth it to have a pharmacy that understands the ingredient variances in different manufacturers, and makes sure you get the most effective brand of medication to meet your individual needs. A fair percentage of pharmacies don't offer this.”
