Captain Car Wash is a one-stop shop for car wash, detailing services, and car-related products. The associates work hard and do outstanding, fantastic work on vehicles, cleaning them nicely inside and out, even making tire rims look brand new. The people that work here are super nice and wonderful. However, management is not so friendly. The service can be expensive, with prices noted as much higher than some other places, and they do not wash full-size SUVs. Despite this, the price is also considered reasonable by some, and the car wash is seen as one hundred percent better than the old one.

610 dollars to have my car smelling like dog.... AND I DONT OWN OR ASSOCIATE! I told Allen to clean my car as if it was a rental and I have to turn it in or as im trying to sell it 🙃 if this was true, I would've been charged!

Did not do a good job with inside cleaning if I am paying for inside clean I don’t expect to see debree and dirt still there after I paid money for it to be cleaned , I had to clean myself afterwards
