“Very nice store, lots of space. Store associates are more off in the background, only approach you when they see you wondering for a little. Stock wise, they have some good selections, but not a wide variety of colors/styles/sizes. It's worth going if you want to window shop and find something you like. Parking is in a retail garage across the street. Free on weekends I believe.”
“This was my first visit to the boutique. I was welcomed by Karen and she explained that Liza designs everything and is local; which I absolutely love. I was shopping for certain pieces and she was able to guide me in the right direction and actually pulled a lot of options for me that were perfect! We spent a lot of time together but I ended up with a bunch of key items to fill in my wardrobe and I am grateful for the time she was able to give to me. I will absolutely be back!!”

“I went to PacSun on 6/14 and I rarely go to the mall—I prefer shopping online. I had the BEST time (which was evident because I spent way more than I planned). The entire staff was SO NICE and SO HELPFUL! So charismatic, checking on me and my cousins making sure if we needed any help or access to the changing rooms. I couldn’t find an item I was looking for and Corrie helped me look and asked could he see a photo of the item to see if it was in stock in the store. Naya not only helped us get dressing rooms but was so kind and patient. Inara and Will both helped ring us out and made sure we got our PacSun reward points and let us know about any possible sales. 100/10! I LOVE PacSun but rarely shop in store—I’ll DEFINITELY be back to this specific store. Bless everyone there. Kind, hardworking, young diverse staff. Keep it up!”
“Wide variety of clothing, accessories, and gift items. I like most things they have in stock, but it’s a little expensive if there isn’t a sale. They have good deals depending on what promotions they have, though. They have a ton of jewelry for every day or events. There are a few bridal items, too.”

Took notice of other assistants working hard to keep suggestions rolling in as well. Love that they take note of your child's school so no other student will purchase the same dress. “It's a JCrew factory store! Great products for a reduced rate. Well, let me condition that, the prices are lower, but not drastically. The big difference in prices is they're always having relatively big discounts. The staff is extremely nice and the variety is great. One tip I have is, don't expect the sizes to fit like typical jcrew clothes. I've found that the factory store runs bigger.”

“Giving 5 stars because I love Burlington and I had no problem getting in and out on a Saturday. One entrance was open, no problem from the person watching the entrance/exit. I noticed they're doing construction or something on the right side with plastic covering the area. The Men's clothing section was fully stocked, always great to see! I didn't see a clearance isle for the clothes, maybe it was moved. This is still the best Burlington in the Baltimore area as far as I'm concerned.”
